Breatfast was good. The temperature was easy to control in our room.

The breakfast hours were too early - another hour would have allowed for our sleepy kids to eat a proper breakfast. The seating in the lobby was a nice place for our group to gather to visit, but the cushions were stained (as it was the same area used for breakfast).

In the bathroom the faucet was difficult to shut off. It would keep running/dripping unless the handle was turned off just right. A small amount of the white grout on the tub was black-possibly mold. The price was high due to demand the weekend I was there.

It was a perfect location to all shopping. The hotel and room was clean. The breakfast was good and the cook was very friendly. The pool was a good temperature and the perfect depth. The room was a good size and the beds were comfy. Definitely would stay again.

Easy check-in. We got in late & we had a keys quickly. Very informative staff.

Breakfast ended at 9am. We didn't know. Most places we stay are 10am. Will definitely double check next time.

I was quoted $120 taxes in and hotel charged 140$. Not sure why that changed at hotel. Probably would have stayed elsewhere if I’d known that

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, breakfast

The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping are very accommodating as well front desk.

The seating area has material booths, they have stains and need to be reupholstered with easy clean material. I also don’t like the new check in and check out time.

It was comfortable, beds were comfortable. The room is a good size, king bed suite.

My only complaint would be the breakfast area, it’s okay, same hot items for the 2 day stay. Had better.

The front desk for registration were so friendly and efficient. They were welcoming and we were in our room in no time! Room was very clean as were the hallways and elevators. Everything sparkled. Loved the breakfast and we spent a few minutes talking to to the guy in charge. Another happy encounter and the breakfat was excellebt! We travel a lot and stay at Hampton Inns. Grand Froks by far has the best of the chain. They should be the model for the entire country.
