The location was great - easy access to the interstate, dining, stores, etc. My room was super clean, and the shower had great water pressure. All of the equipment in the fitness room was working, which is a big plus for me.

There seemed to be a baby elephant in the room above mine that ran back and forth across the floor at all hours, including after 10 pm. I totally understand that small children don't realize they are pounding on the room beneath them, but families with small kiddos should be on the ground floor.

Breakfast was ‘standard’. I especially liked the bacon and potatoes!

The young man who worked the front desk that evening. Initially too focused on the fast food he was eating. An older gentleman was much more helpful. When we returned after dinner, he was too focused on his phone. Didn’t look up. Michigan State basketball team was playing in March Madness. I wanted to know what channel was TBS. Tried finding it when I returned to my room. Unable, called him, he said he would check and call me back….never did. Not a customer friendly employee.

The breakfast was not a free breakfast. No signs posted. After my husband and I had filled our plates we were then told it would be $12.95 each. Yes there were menus on table but we had not yet gone to a table. So we paid in cash after we finished. On way home hot notice from credit card about another charge $39.55 called and Brittany said it was for breakfast and a $10 tip. Wow. Explained we had paid the gentleman in cash but of course he was gone for day.

Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff were exceptional. It was priced well. When we needed extras in our room they were very accommodating. Clean and everyone was kind and pleasant.

The room was stifling hot when we came in but that was easily taken care of. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and became very stuffy fast.

Everything was wonderful! Hilton never disappoints! The customer service was exceptional from the staff! Shout out to Gene and Harold for the breakfast and going above and beyond without me even having to ask! My wife and I really appreciated it!

I was lead to believe on the website that there was a restaurant and lounge in the hotel and that was not true

Nice spacious rooms, staff are friendly, responsive and helpful, smooth check in and check out experience.

Some amenities that are usually included in other hotel packages are not, such as breakfast (extra charge) and wifi (password did not work, need to go to the lobby to get the access code)

The staff were the friendliest ever. Good breakfast. I traveled with my daughter and we felt safe at this hotel.

The pool was soooooo cold. Too cold to enjoy. Our room was always so humid. I'm assuming it was from the pool!!??!! We wanted to sit in the outside sitting area but there were no cushions in the chairs. And it had not been raining. On our last day, during the best dream ever, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate.........at 8 in the morning.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and convenient even though it cost extra. Staff was very friendly too.

Chair was not very comfortable. Some hallway noise from other guests during the night once.

Location, rooms were clean and fresh , Customer service from front desk to the cleaning service was excellent!
