The staff is fabulous. I actually left some clothing behind in the closet and they were able to ensure that I got those back that’s to Angela!

Elevator was down for a little bit and I have a handicap mom so that made it rough to get her up down the stairs

It was a newly renovated building. Very clean and well kept and organised. The laundry room was clean and the rooms were comfortable and modernised. Everything was perfect and our stay was excellent.

The only issue was we were there while they were installing a new fire alarm system which was inconvenient for us because how loud it got but I understand they had no other option.

When we first walked in, we were greeted with happy and friendly employees. Our room was very clean. The greeting on the tv screen made us feel special. There were plenty of plugs I. The room to charge our devices. Again, the cleanliness was very important and it was a great stay. Highly recommend.

The pillows. It was hard finding the perfect one.

this is the only place e stay when we come back home! But may have to find a deferent location due to the fact they will not return your pet deposit.

This is the first time we bright our child ( dog ) with us and didn’t realize there was a non refundable power deposit. Any other place we stay will return the pet deposit if there where no problems.

Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Wish they would have had conditioner in the bathroom or even available at the front desk. The other Hampton Inns we stayed at had it!

Recently remodeled. My room and bathroom looked brand new. Friendly staff..no issues. I didn't eat the free breakfast because I had other plans but it looked fresh and well stocked.

The property was clean and well maintained, despite being recently damaged by a tornado. Our room was very clean. Breakfast was good—eggs, cereal, toast, yogurt, juices, muffins.

The entire staff was super friendly, kind and respectful. I truly enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of one staff representative named Traci. She was a joy to interact with and her smile brightened each day she worked the front desk. I hope management recognizes how wonderful she is.

No hot meal options on the days in which ham was served in the breakfast meals. I'm allergic to pork.

The fire alarm going off at 3 in the morning because someone was smoking in the bathroom (not your fault). It was rather unnerving at that hour. :)

Everything. The staff was super friendly. Check in was a breeze.when you walked in the door, it just smelled so nice and clean. We were so tired, and the bed was so comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.it was perfect!
