The room was good until our second night and we were abruptly woken up by the smoke detector going off at 230 in the morning, got up and looked for fire and noticed the carpet was all wet halfway across the room. Water was streaming out of the smoke detector, called the office and they moved us to another room. We had two dogs, aged 16 and 14, one was sick and we had to pack up all our bags and put these dogs in the car and move to another room, the wind was blowing about 30-40 mph and temperature was 35. In the morning I went to turn in the room keys and asked about a partial refund, no straight answer.

Perfectly priced stopover half way between Memphis and southern Oklahoma. Run by Americans. I can leave late and be there before sunset. Clean. Good security. No Hassel exit. Plenty of name brand shopping and food national and local. A walmart anchor

Furniture and some items not updated. But then the price is good 😊 f all you need is a bed and safety. I've gone five miles further west and paid 20 more for no security and people who don't speak English and are running a ho house.

It was quiet, peaceful. Was able to rest and sleep good. A diner next door and convenient store and dollar general next door. Am very pleased with the service.

Maybe a few more towels and wash cloths in bathroom and vanity.

Room was clean, Beds were comfortable. No traffic noise. Check in was a non-issue. Entry changed - enter through pool area. They no longer serve breakfast, just offer coffee. Mexican restaurant next door; a Braum's across the street. Internet connections wasn't the strongest, but got it to work.

Friendly front desk. I’ve stayed there several times. Lisa is terrific! She always remember me. Also, the property is managed by Americans. A special treat these days

It was comfortable and nice view being on 2 floor. Wasn't noisy. Pretty quiet.

Room was ok. TV remote didn't work. Light bulb out in room.

Furniture could use an upgrade but then price would go up. I like it just as it is. Have stayed there twice and same each time.

Great hotel. Ample parking, amazing indoor pool. Both front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. I had a great time there.
