Every member of the reception were professional, helpful and kind. The young woman in maintenance who was so prompt and gracious completing a request , and then checked with me several times to make sure I was okay. The young lady who ran the buffet attentive and helpful. The all the member of cleaning staff kind quick to respond. Not only we're all of them efficient and kind. I saw them treat other guests the same way. Rare uniformity of service in a hotel.

Very early open on Sunday am buffet, tables not cleaned up and garbage not emptied. The person preparing food could have used any other staff members help to bus the dining room before guests arrived. N TVo handheld shower option with super tall fixtures not very comfortable.

The pillows were large! The location is right next to the highway and close to many shopping stores and restaurants. I didn’t grab breakfast but could smell it in my room. I didn’t grab a cookie or free water, but I saw it provided for guests in the entry. I didn’t swim, because there was a closed sign… but it looked like that would have been nice. There is a pond and water fountain close by that was nice. The road into the parking lot was new, and had easy access from both sides. The feature I liked the most in the room, before big bed & large pillows was the amount of storage! Closet and counters across an entire wall. That made unpacking and packing so easy.

I was sad the pool was closed. For the most part it was a good nights rest. My room was on 1st floor close to the lobby. I woke up smelling food… either I was too close to the breakfast area or my neighbors cooked in the microwave. I was able to go back to sleep. I stayed until the 11am checkout time. I did get the much needed rest… my trip was due to a stressful family matter. So my goal to sleep was achieved!

Staff was excellent. Such nice people there. They did a great job. Breakfast was good hours and set up nicely. Good selection of items.

I didn't like that with the few times we've gotten hotels thru booking.com we aren't notified the pool is closed for maintenance. Why on earth would they choose a busy holiday week to close a pool in the summer? I don't feel customers should have to pay full price if a pool is closed. It's part of the rate.

Comfortable room. Mattress firm but not too much so; pillows ditto. No problems with wi-fi. Good desk space. Temperature control worked well. Plenty of hot water. Nice variety of breakfast choices.

No complaints. A little more expensive than I'm accustomed to paying, but consistent with the chain—I was opting to pay extra for a place with a higher rating and better reviews.

The breakfast was pretty good. Liked the biscuits and gravy and they had eggs and sausage too. The staff was friendly and the complimentary cold juice drink was a nice touch

Parking is a little tight and the swimming pool is outside, so it is seasonal. Quite comfortable and hope to do it again.

We stayed on the first floor which was perfect for our old dog. We were close to the breakfast area and to the gym.

We stayed for 7 days. Breakfast needs varieties. No bananas. The kitchen staff do not speak English and couldn't help when I asked for assistance to make the pancakes

The breakfast was excellent. The food choices were great and there was at least one person keeping it all stocked and fresh. The rooms were clean and quiet. The TV worked just like normal and the location is pretty good compared to some in Tulsa.

The shower knob wasn't working right and the water was only coming out HOT with no way to turn it cooler without turning it off. This building could also use more elevators so you didn't have to wait so long to get up and down.

Breakfast had an excellent selection and preperation was exceptional. The fitness room was great. Plenty of equipment, mats, and weights all in excellent condition. Hotel was very clean in all areas and the staff was EXCELLENT!! Very Friendly too! It was a quick walk to several restaurants and an Aldi for groceries.

The elevator needed a repair , but staff was very helpful and kept us informed.

The bed was very comfortable. The added soap, shampoo and conditioner were very nice. The size of the room was very nice.

The elevator was very slow but it would not prevent us staying here again. There was also a very strong cleaning solution smell on our floor but once again it wouldn't prevent us from staying in the future.
