the room was clean, bathroom looked recently redone which was nice.it was pretty quiet room, especially for a holiday weekend. tv was good with dish sat tv. i would stay here again

when i arrived i asked for an upstairs room, which was given. cool! then she gave me a total price which was $30 more than i booked here. when questioned , the girl was kinda adamant that was the total. i asked if upstairs was more, she said no. so i showed her my bookings.com receipt. she then rechecked her math and gave it to me for the proper price. which i can say was a little pricy for this place. later I found it looked like she was adding room tax to the price i already paid, which had room tax in it. all said i would stay there agian.

The room was spacious and very comfortable for two people. We loved the pool — it was open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., which was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the coast.

The listing stated that there was a microwave, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one in the room. The staff suggested we could heat our food at a nearby gas station instead. That wasn't a problem and the stuff at the gas station was very nice. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak.

It was actually super cute. I read the bad reviews and was nervous but it was much better than my expectations. You can tell it has recently undergone renovation and was great for what we needed. The staff was super friendly, the place was clean and it had plenty of places to walk my dog around. I thought it was well above the price point.

The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. But also, it’s what I would expect for the price. The WiFi really didn’t work at all. I was connected, but absolutely nothing would load. It was fine ultimately because I just used my phone as a hotspot, but would be nice.

The staff were so friendly and inviting. They made us feel so welcome. They are very dog friendly and had a good spot for us to walk our dog too, the indoor pool was a great addition! The location is safe and secure. The coffee in the main office is delightful worth going down to the main office in the morning. They are within walking distance to great restaurants. The room was clean.

The pillows were very flat and not comfortable. We actually went to the store and bought our own pillows to make sure we were comfortable. There is no microwave or hot tub on the property however the website says there is.

Upon checking in, there appeared to be a booking issue where my on-line reservation was not recorded or on file. Fortunately for me, the front desk worker (Maryanne) was able to get me the same room at a lower price. She was so helpful and made a potentially bad situation the best it could be. She was so Awesome to work with. The room exceeded my expectations. The staff was accommodating, courteous and caring.

No issues whatsoever. Even though we were wanting/expecting to use the pool during our stay, it was under maintenance and opened the day we left. I was made aware of this during my booking so it wasn’t unknown to me.

The location was perfect not too far from the docks. The shops were easy to get to. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was clean. They have quiet hours so after 9pm it was very quiet. I was hesitant on booking this hotel because it didn't rate well. However the staff was super friendly and all in all it was a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The parking kinda stinks if your room is in the corner of the property. We were not able to park in front of our room. Beds weren't really comfortable.

They’ve done an amazing job in updating the place since my last stay here. Staff was super friendly and things were very comfy and clean!

My only recommendation would be figuring out some way to keep some more heat to the pool. They said the pool was heated, and you could feel the heaters trying, but with how open it is the water ends up quite cold along with it already being cold out.

Beautiful exterior! Fresh painted buildings and remodeled fresh and shiny parking lot. Clean room with fresh new linens! Perfect location to see Natural Bridges and beautiful cost line. Indoor pool is so good after a day on a road! Staff is very friendly! We love the place, feel so safe and comfortable there, so we decide to extend our stay there for one more night!

Unfortunately, there is no microwave in the room yet, but we can use one in the main lobby.

We had a room on the ground floor with 3 queen beds. There was a massive amount of room. There could easily be another queen bed in there with plenty of room to walk around. The shower was huge. The area was nice and quiet.

Yes, it is close to the beach. It's not as simple to get there from your room though.

I Loved how the front desk treated me special knowing it was my birthday. So was very sweet and caring and that is what made everything else great. Her name was Pixie, we will definitely be coming back. The room was something we could actually afford and with 3 beds. We're definitely happy with our choice.

The parking was a little tight but literally, it was a great stay.
