The Front Desk Staff Elliot and Sam were amazing. Thank you to both of them for their knowledge! They helped direct me to the must see Redwood attractions in Redwoods State Park and Jedidiah Smith Redwoods State Park. They were right, these forests I found much more enjoyable to walk/drive through than some of the southern Redwoods by Eureka. The room was clean, bed was comfy. There is a very basic breakfast in the morning (hardboiled eggs, cereals, muffins, bananas, coffee, juice) which is what I needed to get on with my morning of adventuring - nothing too heavy, just enough to be active.

Nothing. The staff were so friendly and genuine locals. They were full of knowledge and wanted you to enjoy the Redwoods and the beaches in Crescent City. Thanks!

Everything was great the location is good, room was spacious clean with new upgrades. We did perhaps ask to switch rooms due to are own personal preference, manager was more than accommodating and did a fabulous job to make sure all are needs were met so we had an enjoyable, comfortable stay. All staff was great especially the front desk ladies. Love that its fur ball friendly and there's cute grass area out front for them to do there business. Love it here would stay again.

Could use air conditioning, but you can look at it this way, your on vacation go to the beach any enjoy the water.

The staff was so helpful. I was accidentally booked twice and he helped me to write down which confirmation # I need to call the booking.com for canceling and also didn't charge me any fee for that. He also offered to help us to carry our bags to our room on second floor. We had a wonderful time to stay there and will come back next time when we come to Crescent City. 👍💖

I like the gentleman works there. He was so nice, so helpful. The room had hair dryer, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, kleenex box in the bathroom and shampoo ...everything we need they have there. I'm glad i booked it. Thank you so much !!!

All the rooms are or have been remodeled &É furnished, very comfortable beds . We had a incrediblely nice stay... And we have service dogs that are always welcome there, Especially since alot of the other motels do not take service dogs without a hefty charge for them & deposits or no DOGS AT ALL !!! Which I thought was very illegal to turn u away for service dogs under the Disability Act.... I see Law Suits in the future!!!! So again Thank You North Coast inn for excepting are Life Saving furry 4 legged kids & Family members.. we thank you so much.. much love to u all.. see u soon...

Ohh let me tell you what I just hated ohhhh !!!! And it's so easy to do to & get complaints about... Those Dang Metal Bedframes Bang Boom Bong.... Well that's it.. maybe air conditioning would be cool when it gets extremely warm out... But there's usually a nice breeze through out the day.. so it's cool.

Elliott at front desk should get a management position he is awesome thorough and a delight to talk to during my stay. He is very polite and seems to take on a lot of responsibility by what I can see. Wonderful man full of life and cares about his customers / guests and there happiness with their stay

Accomodations needs updates.

Clean rooms, great location, great staff allows dogs for a very reasonable fee... with a grassy area for dogs to relieve themselves... quiet. Rooms renovated wood floors... THANK YOU North coast inn

No a/c in room only heater I think due to the location... something I wasn't use to a little stuffy in room. Bed frame SUPER SQUEAKY (HOLLOW METAL frame noisy with every move lol) ....

It was delicious and the location was central to everything we did!

When I originally called for an early check in the first woman said absolutely call back in an hour and we will get you in. This would have been about noon, yet when I called at 12:30 it was a different woman who said we absolutely could not get in til 2. Just wish there was better communication between the two!

I like the staffs there. All of them so friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the Old TV in the room also the closet too dark. I think it needs to have light inside 🤔

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Plenty of room for our traveling cases and still plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Bathroom and shower were spacious without being so big it made the room too small. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was good for the required appointment. Room was clean spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Was unable to connect to either wifi network which made emails regarding appointment a bit difficult. Lights flickered a lot.
