I stayed with my husband and two kids, and we had a great experience. I really liked the hotel’s décor and overall vibe. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities as described. Lots of parking behind, access to premise from backdoor , breakfast which I wasn't expecting. Even though it was basic but it kept us going in morning. A special mention to the front desk staff — I had accidentally left behind my daughter’s blanket, and they were very responsive when I reached out. To my pleasant surprise, I was able to retrieve it without any hassle. That level of service really stood out!

I only stayed for one night, and since we checked in late and left early, I don’t have any specific feedback or suggestions for improvement.

Handicap room needed but not available at last minute. Only here 1 night so a shower was not essential. The large 2 Queen room was recently renovated with 2 nice leather like club chairs & two larger lounging chairs. Large bathroom so it was easy to use with a walker. The bed was a reasonable height for a short handicap person to get into ( this is becoming an issue at many hotels). Microwave & fridge with guest laundry facilities on the main floor. Good location on hwy 101 close to restaurants, marina, parks & Lighthouse.

Room was clean, hotel was fine, especially for the price. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

Breakfast was fine. Very simple - cereal, bagels, toast, oatmeal.....that kind of stuff. It met my expectations just fine, especially considering the price of a room with breakfast incuded. The downside though was the coffee....the machine just made a mess of the place and what little made it into my cup was not worth drinking. I watched others experience the same thing. Replace this with something that works, and all will be good!

Great location just south of downtown and across the street from the seafront. Great parking in front and a spacious lobby. Check in was friendly. Room on the 2nd floor with an elevator and a luggage cart, so quick and easy. Spacious room with all the usual conveniences. Clean and airy. Bed comfortable. Shower with good heat and pressure. Would stay again. A long walk to some nice restaurants (there was a closer place nearby).

Pillows were "odd" and thin. Breakfast bar could use some protein. Pickings were pretty slim.

The breakfast was the most basic we encountered in nine nights of travel. The cream cheese was appreciated, but another protein source such as peanut butter or bolied eggs even every other day would be appreciated. There were at least three cereal choices, but it would be nice if one could be changed to a whole grain cereal. The breakfast room was clean and supplies were kept filled. Thanks to the great early morning staff for the attentive care.

Room is spacious, comfy and very clean, easy for wheel chaired people to move around. Bathroom is large too with well-designed handles for the elderly. Very thoughtful! Breakfast is good and fresh fruits are appreciated. Hot beverage, including coffee and hot cocoa served 24 hours, thanks to a special coffee machine. Hotel is decorated with many art works throughout, a charming lobby with model houses above, and an interesting welcoming sculpture at the entrance! Affordable pricing, good for family!

Hotel is not easy to spot at night when we arrived at the premise. It could use some better lighting for travelers. The floor above our room made loud, squeaky noise when upstairs guests walked at night or in the early morning.

The staff at this hotel was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Too much mud on your hiking boots? They rinsed them off at their utility sink! Something went wrong in the guest room? Immediate attention! They greeted us as we came in and went out...and there was always staff around. Even the folks that cleaned the guest rooms were very friendly.

It was the same breakfast every day. My grand daughter traveling with me would have appreciated some things like granola bars and muffins instead of just bagels and bread every day. There was however an endless coffee pot and hot water for tea all day long!

The property has a very good vibe to it. Good decor as you enter the property and reception area :) My 6 year old son was impressed with wooden toy houses on the display. There are 3 floors and our room was on the second floor - there is elevator as well. Breakfast had decent options. Rooms large and clean. Beds were a bit on the firm side. Excellent shower pressure. There are EV chargers next to this property. Tesla superchargers are close by as well.

We went to Tesla supercharger at night and that area did not feel very safe. Try to avoid going there at night.

Our family loved the lobby and decor and felt very welcomed here, There are gracious amenities here 24/7 like a fancy coffee machine and hot chocolate. Our room was very spacious and had a huge jet tub that worked excellent. The design of the room is very smart; the vanity is outside the bathroom, and there are many plug in outlets throughout the space. The TV offered many channels and although not perfect, there is a guide. I rate The wifi very good. The queen beds are extra big and there are plenty of pillows and very soft sheets. The hotel itself is run on point: there are nice luggage carts to move your stuff and the lobby and the hallways are clean. They have a deluxe continental that starts at 6am that everyone enjoyed because the fruit and breads and juices etc.. were very fresh. Yes the bananas were not rotten! Our family gives this stay four thumbs up!!

The Lighthouse Inn was a wonderful small hotel located perfectly just off 101 in Crescent City. Angela checked us in with courtesy and respect. She immediately changed our room after being given an unnecessary handicap room without a tub. The lobby is decorated simply and welcoming with plenty of comfortable seating and a collection of Victorian doll houses on display. The continental breakfast was small with cereal and pastries, along with coffee and juice. Enough to sustain until lunch. The rooms were large with enough room to be comfortable for 2 people. I used the laundry facility located just down the hallway from our room.

As seems usual since covid, housekeeping is done only on request. Luckily, we had enough towels to last our 2 nights without having to request more, but I had to request more coffee for our room and straighten our own bed. Both of which are items I look forward to having in our reserved rooms. We had no request housekeeping door tag.
