Right off the 101, super convenient. The room was nice and cozy with a fantastic view of the ocean. It had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Left the window open to listen to the sound of the ocean all night! The lady who checked us in was so nice and helpful and the gentleman who checked us out was also great!

The restaurant. Honestly very sad service. It took us close to 10 minutes to be seated even though staff kept walking by. If they didn’t ignore us they would say someone will be with you shortly. After being seated it took at least 10-15 minutes to get drinks and we only got them because the busboy came by and saw we still had not been given drinks yet he apologized and got them for us. It wasn’t busy either so I didn’t understand why service was so slow. But when we finally got the food at least it wasn’t bad.

The bed was super comfortable. There is a restaurant which we had breakfast in. Nice menu. There is a lounge which we had drinks and dinner at. Prices were reasonable. Wait staff was extremely pleasant. Cashier in casino was personable. Saw the sunset on the beach across the street.

Not sure what the small pillows are for on the bed. Missed having a bigger pillow. Also feel for more of a “family friendly “ vibe I would direct the entrance to the restaurant so families don’t have to walk through second hand smoke.

The room was very spacious, clean and cozy to relax in. The blackout curtains were perfect and made it easy to sleep in late. Generous size fridge. Microwave was downstairs with fresh brewed coffee. In room kerig. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and accomodated our request for late checkout. We definitely would stay here again. Restaurant and sports bar had great food and great staff. Perfectly located between Brookings, OR and Cresent City, CA

Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room.

Security team is exceptional. Great room. Comfortable beds and spacious. I want to give a big shout out to security staff who assisted us with a dead car battery in the morning! They were the friendliest and so helpful. Lucky 7 breakfast was delicious!

Front desk staff was not very welcoming for the cost of this room. Unfriendly and loved to emphasize how busy they are. That is unprofessional verbiage. With this economy we all should feel grateful to be busy especially at 300 a night. Room keys kept deactivating. Front desk clerk was quick to scold me about keeping key away from cell phone. Pool bathroom requires a physical key that you need to obtain from front desk. Hotel should update to be able to utilize room key ( not that the room key would work!!).

Dinner from the restaurant I ordered Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and corn. Steak was chewy and stringy. Potatoes tasted like they were from a box and corn from a can. Very bland, not even any salt. Two bites of corn, one of the potatoes and 4 of the meat. Ended up going to the gas station for snacks and alcohol Wife ordered fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and salad. Didn't get salad and said alfredo was watery. 👎

We came to go to Brookings for the Pirate Festival. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. We swam and played in the pool. Your beds were wonderful. We had a good nights sleep then headed out for our big day.

The bed was comfortable, the bedding was very nice. The shower was excellent, my coffee in the room was good. We played in the pool, lots of towels. Parking was plentiful. I really would not have changed a thing.

The food was very good! The room was clean and comfortable.

We booked this room for the days after our wedding to have some time to unwind and relax. There was an extremely loud car thing going on that was shaking the walls of our room for hours. It was extremely strange and inappropriate to have duch a thing going on in the morning/early afternoon at a place people pay to sleep. The front desk was very nice and helpful once I called to finally complain. They had gotten many complaints and it seems we weren’t the only ones inconvenienced.

It was conveniently located about 25 minutes away from Jedediah Smith State Park which was the perfect start to our redwood coastal adventure. The hotel was big and clean and the front desk was helpful when I needed to ring another hotel and use their phone. We also got a ‘grab and go’ breakfast included that we were unaware of. Although not the biggest selection, it did us until lunch.

As my husband and I arrived at the Lucky Seven Casino and Lodge, we found the property to be very clean and orderly, making it easy to navigate. Once inside, we were pleased to discover all the amenities we could ask for, along with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My suggestion? Don’t miss out on the Lucky Seven Howonquet Lodge.

We didn't have time to stay longer and enjoy the pool and the casino.

The view across the street was breathtaking! We had a really good breakfast in the restaurant there. Also if you go in the bar/restaurant in the casino to eat, they have these beef wasabi bites that are really good! 1942 wasn't priced too badly either.

The casino smoke smell was really intolerable for those that have asthma
