this is our second time staying here. I like it for the convenience of location to a from the beaches, and Crescent City CA. Even though it sits on the main drag, it is quiet at night and can't hear the guests in the rooms next to yours. They do not offer any breakfast items at all. There is a Fred Meyer store near by or you can buy something the night before and you the microwave to reheat. No swimming pool, but does have AC.

Very nice staff. Had an issue first night, they were quick to make it right! Comfortable beds! Overall clean room. Also, we wanted to check in early. The gentleman at desk, not only made it happen, but called to let us know room was ready! Would definitely stay again! Thank you Westward Inn for a wonderful Honeymoon! ❤️

Everything satisfactory! Other than small cleanliness issue first night, but they over and above, made it right! Website said sea view, there was no sea view.

Staff was super nice!!! Room was clean and comfortable, had a binder in the room that had info on all the things to do around and places to go grab a bite to eat. Right in the middle of everything.

We could hear the people above us throughout the entire night each night. Super loud creaking, idk if they were stomping around or the floors aren't padded enough. Not Westward Inns fault but it made it super difficult to sleep.

The staff was great, the property is very clean. Our room was great, clean, & comfy. It is close to beaches, shops, restaurants, Great little bakery right across the street. We had dinner at the Black Trumpet bistro (excellent) I highly recommend this motel. I will stay there again, if needed. Microwave, refrigerator, & coffee make provided!

Mattress could have been better. We had a bottom floor and we could hear them walking around and in the am you could hear the kids running back and forth.

Accommodating, pleasant staff. Ocean view, large clean room, soft pillows with nice clean linen and bathroom. Plenty of coffee and bath supplies. Good locks , safe, tv, coffee maker with plenty of coffee , refrigerator, microwave. Rainy so ordered thru dine n dash which arrived promptly for both dinner and breakfast. Nice table to eat at by window looking out at our partial view of ocean. Heater worked great. Nice shower was warm and updated. Good price, easy access, road noise was not a problem for us at all. We were happy with our stay.

Great location right on the main street in Brookings, close to everything in town. Check in was quick and easy, staff was nice, front desk let us check in early. Our room was in the back right by the stairs going up, we could not hear people going up and down the stairs but could hear some noise from footsteps in the room above us. I guess the pipes for water went through our room and that was pretty loud but not unbearable. The room was comparable to the price paid, nothing special, some dings and dust. The fridge worked well, kept our refreshments cold, beds were very comfortable and had lots of pillows. Overall stay was pleasant but nothing amazing. This hotel is a good value for passing through.

Room could use a more thorough cleaning, patching dings and chips in walls.

It's centrally located in town, is always clean. Overall a reliable place to stay.

I dislike how the sink drains. In previous stays I thought they had a plumbing issue. On the latest visit I realized that the holes in the drain aren't large enough, so the water backs up in the sink. If you take the drain "basket" out, it drains perfectly, but you risk losing something down the drain if you drop it.

The check-in process was straightforward and Rich was very helpful and accommodating. Although there was a coffee maker in our room, on request Rich provided us with a kettle. An Englishman does like his tea in the morning. There was plenty of hot water for showering and the shower was had a decent water pressure too. There was no shortage of towels either. There were plenty of options for breakfast snacks close by (our favourites were Starbucks in the Fred Meyer supermarket across the street and we highly recommend the Bell & Whistle Coffee House down at the harbour).

Check in was very easy and we were able to park right outside the room to unload. The staff were very helpful and gave restaurant recommendations which were very useful. Room was ideal with no issues.

The price quoted on Booking.com was ~$35 lower than we paid on the day at the property. In the small print on booking.com it says 'pay at property, price may vary' but I was not expecting this much of a difference.

It was perfect, lady at the front- rough but a Queen. I love you.

I walked into the front and some white dude was on the phone in front of the counter and said “yeah I’ll check you in in a minute” and proceeded to yell at who ever he was in the phone with? Thankfully the other lady was there to check me in. That guy sucks.
