It's a perfect location for me and my ohana my son is a in coming freshmen at pacific university and the hotel is close to the college stores food and gas stations my ohana will be staying at the best western university for the next for years infact I'll be back on October 25 2025 for my son's home coming football home game at university see you guys soon. The breakfast was great and plentiful. The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. The housekeepers, the staff at the desk and the lovely ladies cooking the amazing breakfasts are all amazing.

1. No fault of the staff on-site, the key card kept malfunctioning and had to be reprogrammed multiple times, eventually the desk staff replaced them and it worked without issue. 2. The hot tub was one of the top reasons we booked this room here, it was down half the time. The staff worked diligently to fix the chemical issue and they eventually got it figured out.

We stayed here for one night on a family trip through Oregon. I really appreciated the kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed since we have three kids. The saltwater pool was wonderful: clean and not crowded. The breakfast was outstanding and the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

I would love more firm pillow options. The feather pillows really don't give much support. We also noticed a small leak of some kind near the refrigerator in our room.

Good bed. Room was clean and quiet enough (no noise from other rooms or halfway traffic).

Breakfast was somewhat limited. If you're not into bacon and sausage then there's only a simple scrambled eggs. Some potatoes would help and if possible throw something else out there like pre made omelets ... There was also biscuits, but I ended up eating just scrambled eggs and toast.

The breakfast was good. Room was clean and the desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly. I was close to the venue I was attending.

There were a lot of people staying at the facility. Seemed a little difficult to keep up with items at the breakfast. The bed was not as comfortable as I liked. It is getting worn.

The facilities were very clean and the employees were all very helpful and kind. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms in particular! The breakfast options were delicious and the lady running the breakfast was very sweet.

The only thing that needed attention was the sauna area, but they seem to be remodeling that anyways. Everything else was great!

This hotel blew me away! I wasn't expecting much from a hotel in Forest Grove, but it was such a welcome surprise! I needed to book a weeks stay there last minute, and the employees were so kind and accommodating! The entire facility is extremely clean! Room, pool, common areas, all are very well kept and clean. The stay was quiet and we experienced zero issues. The breakfast in the morning was excellent! A lot of choices, and the lady running it was so sweet! It was a much appreciated stay!

Nothing, literally everything was great!

The breakfast was great, as was the staff in charge of breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the tub drained well. Staff was great in accommodating any requests, issues, and reservation changes for family members.

The first room we checked into reeked of cat urine but we were immediately moved to another room. The smell was brought in the new room somehow (vacuum?) on subsequent days. Let front desk know. Not enough light in the room.

Breakfast was the typical selection comparable to most other hotels offering free breakfast. The food was hot and well made, just nothing special.

Everything was as expected in the room and facilities. Nothing exceptional, but very clean and what I expected.

We liked that everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! We were very comfortable during our whole stay. Loved that the pool and spa were open and available 24 hours.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Everything was wonderful and we will come back and stay again!
