The staff was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. It was very clean, pet-friendly. The pet area was very clean. The breakfast was good. The pool area looked clean but we didn't get to use it this trip.

The price was very high for 1 night $208! The bathroom needs to be updated. The toilet felt like it wasn't attached to the floor. The shower head needs to be replaced. Beds were a little hard for my liking.

Great condo development! The condo had everything we needed to cook, clean, etc. Great location! The water system was limiting....... not much hot water. The shower never got warm and the shower head was clogged so hot water versus turning it up all the way to damaging delicate body parts........ if you know what I mean.

Loved most everything. The kitchen had everything utensil we could ever need. Bath shower head was a problem.........

Conveniently located to central Newberg. Full set of amenities, including pool, hot tub, fitness room, and breakfast. Breakfast included reasonable protein selections, including omelettes (pre-made). King room was spacious and comfortable. Close to downtown and GFU.

For the price, the breakfast could have been a notch higher. The coffee was not good. This is coffee country, and there is a missed opportunity to have outstanding coffee like some other hotels have.

Location is convenient to George Fox Univ. The b-fasts are a good value and the woman who works it is great. The pool and hot tub are also nice.

Our room had a musty smell. Time to clean those carpets. Beds were okay, not great. One of the front desk people wasn’t very warm when she had to help with something. Made me feel like I was bothering her. Isn’t this her job?

Plenty of Parking. Vending machines were a bit iffy with warm soda and a snack machine that didn't work well. Free breakfast was pretty routine but adequate. TV's had a multiple remote control and confusing instructions. You had too work at it to watch much TV.

Great price. Comfortable bed. Room temperature easy to regulate. Very large room with refrigerator and microwave. Surprisingly quiet; no guest or traffic noises. Extremely friendly and helpful staff for front desk and breakfast room. Didn't use, but a large pool plus guest laundry room (great for families). Close to shopping and restaurants. Free parking. Fabulous breakfast and hostesses. One of the best breakfast we've had in traveling throughout the US. Partially self serve and hot items prepared by hostesses. Trays to carry items to your room, if preferred.

Lumpy pillows. Shower head didn’t throw water very far, so had to stand within inches of the shower wall, however, there was plenty of hot water. Parking might be tight if hotel is completely full. The breakfast room is cozy and under normal situations, a suitable size to handle the flow of guests. However, a high school softball team camped out in the breakfast room with only one table available for other guests. Not the hotel's fault and the hostesses were very gracious in attempts to mitigate the situation and deserve recognition as exemplary employees!

The breakfast was okay. The room was really nice. The firmness of the king bed was just right! It was clean.

The lack of an elevator is noted. For an 80-year old man with a knee injured 45 years ago but well braced now, the stairs to the second floor made it a bit to difficult to move/carry luggage.

I normally do not love Best Westerns, but I will say that this hotel really gave us the bang for the buck. It was very inexpensive for a family of 6 and included an awesome hot breakfast. We got a room with 3 beds, which hardly ever happens when we travel. The pool was large, the hot tub actually worked, the sauna was awesome. From the outside it looks like an older hotel, but the inside is totally new. Very clean! My only complaint is that the bathroom was tiny, but that's not a big deal, considering how little time you spend in the bathroom on a trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Tiny bathroom. But there was a jacuzzi tub in the room with three beds. I didn't use it because I don't trust whether or not there is mildew in jets, but it was nice to have a bath and not just a shower.

This was hands down the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in and the breakfast was great. I've been in quite a few Best Westerns so I have come to expect a certain level of cleanliness but it was surpassed here. The bedspread was not the usual white but white with a pattern of twigs and little yellow flowers. This made the room extra welcoming as I walked in.

I loved that I can rely on this hotel to be comfortable and clean. My wife had a procedure scheduled early in the morning, loved how the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean.
