Very clean. Breakfast was very good. I had the king size bed & it was clean & comfortable. Great size refrigerator for the room. I loved how there are lots of places to eat. Denny's is right there also, you can walk to it.

Very minor, but there are no USB ports to plug your phones & electronics. Also, if you want to charge your phone over night the plug was kinda far but I had a long cord thankfully. But not a big deal. One more thing, my air conditioner for my room could have been chillier, but I'd still stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was fair. It was good to see a lady cleaning up the kitchen continuously. The Woodburn hotel is a lot nicer than a lot of other Best Westerns. The personnel at the front were really nice. BIG TURNOFF! We were coming from the airport early (10:00am). I had originally asked for a early check in and was told they would try. When we got there about 11:30 they were going to charge us $80 for early check in. Not nice.

The room was clean and updated, the shower was hot with good pressure, and the breakfast was decent.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking. If I am going to spend this kind of money, I want to sleep on a cloud. They charged a bit much for my small 5 lb chihuahua, 40 for the night was the most I have spent anywhere for a pet friendly establishment. I just want a comfortable stay at a decent price. I'm not trying to buy the place!

I didn’t like that whatever room your checking into, the door is propped open. I passed several open rooms on the way to my room that were also open, not sure how long it had been open but traveling alone this makes me nervous, anyone could have gone in.

Great location, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and staff was super friendly!! We had a wonderful getaway. The Tulip farm is a must see. Factory outlets too Great value We will be back😊

The noise from the highway was pretty loud, but our ocean machine helped. I was disappointed that the pool was closed.....I should have checked.

I enjoyed how nice everyone was checking in was quick and essay and the location is perfect.

I didn’t like how the elevator wasn’t working so taking all the stuff up to the 3rd floor was kinda a struggle and as well as a fire alarm going at 6am for a good 2 minutes and then turning off .

It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I like that there was breakfast options that included eggs and Ham on this day also, they had a waffle machine.

The hot tub is outside pretty much next to the interstate. It's not very soundproof being so close to the interstate.

Staff was accommodating, room was clean and comfortable, location was great and facility was really nice. We had a hot breakfast of bacon, potatoes and eggs with oj. Nice!!

We travel occasionally and this Best Western was a keeper. There was no negitives!

I was very impressed with your staff at check-in. They were very friendly and courteous. The dining staff greeted us each morning of our stay and the selection in the breakfast meals was great! I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby, to the dining area, and our room. We will definitely stay at this location again. Thank you!

I didn't have breakfast but I liked the location the view was great what can I say it felt like being at home for a change 😊 it just felt good

There is really nothing I have to say I liked everything in that room the jacuzzi the bed I could not well I can't find anything to complain about
