Breakfast was good. Nice selection and everything was fresh.

A family that booked at the same time as us a month ago had to stay at another hotel because Holiday Inn overbooked, which was frustrating. We also didn’t like that there was no bedding in the room for the pullout bed, and it took two calls to the front desk and two room visits to get everything we needed, and we still didn’t have a fitted sheet! One last thing. I don’t understand why these hotels do business with third party bookers like Booking, because they hate them, and always tell us not to use them. It seems like there is a disconnect because at several different hotels now, we’ve received some form of poor service that was blamed on us for using a third party.

This hotel always meets or exceeds our expectations. We travel to this area for a multitude of reasons. Some reasons are joyful others are dutiful. We really appreciate the friendliness of staff, beautiful surroundings and cleanliness of the hotel and grounds My family and I are coming back again next year and really looking to the comfort and beauty of this hotel.

It’s a bit expensive for my family and would like to hear about and deals or benefits.Will return annually with my family.

I had dinner in the restaurant one night. I had the salmon dinner. It was delicious.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was very basic. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns, where they have the omelettes. (Which are delicious ) The only fresh fruit they had was a mixed fruit bowl. No apple juice or orange juice. No oatmeal no waffles. For the extra price, it was a letdown

Delicious hot breakfast buffet with a great variety of food! Staff were kind and helpful! Our room was a great size with very comfortable beds! There was a cool machine in the lobby that served a variety of drinks, and we really enjoyed the free hot cocoa and coffee! The indoor pool was awesome too!

I am Absolutly positive, when I say Trina from your restaurant is the reason I choose to stay with you. Her positive attitude is infectious, the food is always of great quality. Everything is always clean. When I leave, I feel as if I am leaving home.

When I choose to stay overnight some place, I want to feel like I am comfortable and rested. The way I feel after my stay is like I've been at a resort and spa. So what I didn't like was that I didn't get a massage.

Why do hotels wash linens in an overload of fragrance laden soap? Many hotels nowadays use fragrance free liquid soap. Many people have allergic reactions to fragrances. The hotel itself was very clean but please please remove the fragrances in the linens!!! Sure appreciate it!

The layout was easy to get around and through. All the staff were very friendly. I liked the pool area but didn’t have my swim wear (so next time). At least had one working elevator. love the keurigs

Restaurant was short staffed Friday evening and couldn’t accommodate room service. No microwave in room. The cost is steep, but I bit the bullet and treated myself because I haven’t been away by myself in a very long time.

Nice clean room with a comfortable bed and good shower. Despite being freeway adjacent (and we were on the freeway side of the building), it was mostly quiet. We were traveling with our dog, so they put us on the ground floor near an exit. That was really convenient. We didn't eat breakfast there.

At $75, the pet fee seemed high to us.

I liked the location and it was clean. The room was very decent. Bathroom was good size and well stocked with necessities- full size. Wallpaper on the bathroom wall was interesting. The bed was very comfortable. It did NOT have a microwave as most hotel rooms do- that was a negative. One clear down by main front lobby for a full hotel is just NOT the answer. The rates were decent and the room was a good deal. I would stay here again.

The flushing mechanism of our toilet was broken and ran water constantly to try to fill back tank. Had to take the lid off of the toilet tank and set in place every time you flushed. Mini fridge was too cold and froze everything solid.
