Very nice front desk lady.My plans fell through so I arrived really early. I came in to use the restroom and she let me check in early. Breakfast selection was good and restocked before running out. The indoor pool was up and running although I didn't use it. Close to lots of stores and restaurants.

There was a strong cologne smell that permeated the room when the heater came on. The least expensive room that was offered was a disability access room that I didn't need but booked to save money. The downside to this was having a soaking wet bathroom floor after my shower because it had a roll-in shower and nothing to contain the water. The curtain wasn't long enough to help hold the water back either. Parking was very limited. Needs better lighting in room.

Easy location near the freeway south of Portland and many dining options nearby. The king mini-suite was very clean and smelled great! It had all the necessary equipment including a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. I liked that the lamp had an electrical outlet on it. The breakfast was over-the-top amazing!

Our room looked to be a bit worn - saggy bed skirt, chips in the tub, hole in the window screen. Most visible, the cabinetry around the microwave and mini-fridge was damaged.

Good location for my visit to Swan Island Dahlias; bed was comfortable and room appeared to be very clean

Parking lot is not well designed for easy in/out & a limited number of spaces compared to number of rooms- arrive later in the evening and you will have a hard finding a spot but you can also park alongside the building opposite, which are actually much easier to use

Location and staff were great.

This is an old facility badly in need of a remodel. I stayed there many years ago. I'm sure it still has the same furniture. The sofa in the reception area was slit with padding coming out. I'm sure housekeeping has difficulty in trying to make appear clean. I would stay somewhere else on my return to Wilsonville.

They were very helpful as my Google GPS was sending me to the hotel but somewhere, it wasn't Wilsonville. And it wasn't the Best Western. I had your staff on the phone 2 or 3 times before they finally got me to my destination and were just excellent.

Someone decided to cannabis vape in the elevator that wasn't the most pleasant thing to walk into an elevator and smell.

Great staff Great breakfast Clean rooms There were issues with the bathroom but I didn’t give them a time frame to repair it. I would stay again

Slamming outside door near my room- the closer needs to be adjusted- I understand that it needs to shut firmly for safety reasons but not like this

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They let us check in early when our drive didn’t take as long as expected. The breakfast was fine and we were glad to have it and not have to go look for something elsewhere.

Still undergoing renovation. The hallway floor outside our room had no carpet, just the underlayment and sticky stuff where the previous carpet had been removed.

Breakfast was great. I think they refer to it as a "Continental" breakfast, but I think they should say "Hot Breakfast" or something else. Continental usually means cold cereal and packaged pastries and maybe juice or fruit, but at this place there were eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, juice, etc.

It would have been nice if coffee was freshly brewed and available first thing in the morning. The coffee was only offered in the breakfast area and it was okay, but I didn't like the coffee system they had. A regular brew system like Bunn would have been better in my opionion.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable Loved the lemon infused water in lobby.

Although breakfast was good and convenient, It would have been nice to see a little variation on breakfast items. Also , the staff was accommodating but some not as friendly as others.

Super clean & comfortable rooms, big TV and expanded cable package. It's next to the highway but we couldn't hear it at all. There's also an indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was really good, hot and great if you have kids (waffle maker with toppings like sprinkles). Bathroom sink was outside the bathroom which is great for multiple people.

Breakfast was 6am-9am, which was early for us wanting to sleep in. I think 7am-10am would be better.
