Great room for our family! Really appreciated having a slightly separated sleeping space. The pull-out chair was a fun addition. The pool is the small standard rectangle typical of hotels, but the kids enjoyed it. It was close to the washer and dryer so that convenient. Only 1 washer and 1 dryer, but they worked well. Breakfast was fine. The fitness room had a nice water machine in it as well.

Would have appreciated a second washer and dryer. It took us a while to get connected to wi-fi, but once we got in it was fine. I'm sure the kids would have enjoyed a larger pool, but they were happy to swim.

Friendly/helpful staff. Place seemed clean and nice. Someone knows about total darkness for sleep. We usually use quite a bit of tape to cover instrument lights, and only used 3 pieces.

Alarm went off at 6 & we hadn’t touched it. Bathroom seemed clean but smelled like it shared air from the pool bathroom below, after someone had defecated. We hadn’t even used the bathroom and ended up leaving the fan on all night. Not bad, just inconvenient.

If you're in town for medical stuff (there are lots of medical buildings within walking distance), this is a great location. I didn't try to breakfast so can't comment there, but the hotel was clean, the workout room small but fine for some cardio (no weights). If you're just passing through, it's a good place to stop.

The front desk person apparently made an error and indicated I had checked out after my first night, so while I had the do not disturb tag on, housekeeping entered the room without knocking while I was there. When I mentioned this at checkout, the front desk person apologized profusely, said it was their fault, and said they intended to call to apologize but got busy and forgot. But they also forgot when I gave my keys in to checkout, until I mentioned it. This probably won't happen to you, really, but it happened to me.

Room was large and spacious. We did ask for a disabled room but I did not realize it was also pet friendly.

The carpet was badly stained and an old pick up was parked out did the window and several other old cars would come there as well. We did not feel comfortable opening our blinds.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I was able to have my little dog with me. This was huge. Breakfast was great and love being able to have it offered. The bed was very comfortable. I really have no complaints.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. The staff was amazing and the whole experience was very pleasant. I can't think of anything to complain about.

Friendly staff, comfortable room - liked the couch in the room. Breakfast had what I wanted from continental breakfast. The pool & hot tub were clean. It was everything I expected for our quick trip - easy access to downtown & Linfield University.. it looked like they had loaner bikes, though I didn't have a chance to try them out.

The exercise room could be better - it was very small and not air conditioned. The rest of the hotel was almost freezing and the exercise room was sweltering, and only had 3 cardio machines.

Very comfortable mattress and pillows, effective A/C, fridge, TV and coffee maker. We loved having the pool and hot tub all to ourselves both afternoons.

The toilet seat seemed smaller than normal, but that was perfect for our great-grandsons, ages 8 and 10.

The staff were friendly when we arrived. The room was large and clean. The beds were really comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but it looked wonderful. The breakfast was good. The breakfast room was kept clean throughout the breakfast time as well as restocked regularly.

I wish I could have stayed another night.

Need more coffee supplies & towels for 2 persons, need non-slip mat in bath tub, need door stop or hook to hold room door open … very difficult to get wheelchair, etc in room while trying to also hold door. Trays or box would be helpful for carrying breakfast items back to room.

Friendly, accommodating though checking in before 3pm was $35 more when the event ( 3 miles away) that brought many people staying there started at 2pm.

Refrigerator loud off and on, breakfast add hard boiled eggs and yogurt but oatmeal was instant and no healthier cold cereal choice. Selection of tea was limited
