I had to arrive late after working. Getting into my room was fast, it was spotless. Breakfast stayed available up until the last minute (some places take it away a little early). Bed and pillows were neutral and comfy.

I have never experienced this before and it was so annoying: the flat sheet, and the sheet that goes over the blanket, created the most static electricity I have ever seen. I didn't realize how bad it was until I turned off the light, and saw the flashes through my eyelids as I wiggled around to get comfortable. I opened my eyes and moved the sheets some more, realizing the bright static flashes were ridiculous.. It was making my hair stick up a little and stick to my face. It was loud, bright, and annoying AF. I pulled those sheets off and then fell asleep comfortably with just the blanket. Please ditch those cheap sheets, whatever they are made out of.

The location was great. Very convenient. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. The room was clean and well maintained and the amenities provided were more than satisfactory. All around it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

There really isn't anything I didn't like about the property or staff. I rather enjoyed the experience. I have stayed at other inns in Salem and by far this was the most pleasant experience I have had.

Breakfast was great There were a number of homeless people in the neighborhood and as a single female traveling alone I felt a little unsafe walking to restaurants nearby (a Subway and a Crab shack). I still did it, but I still was cautious.

Everything else was nice. The front desk staff people were friendly and helpful.

Was perfect for our visit wasn’t far from family we were visiting area has everything on the main streets and was great for the price heated pool kids loved it

It wasn’t bad but wasn’t best location there was a lot homeless in parking lot but I feel that’s every where honestly. The room said two queens but I think they were full sizes felt really small probably why price was good breakfast wasn’t the best but staff was nice and perfect for our last min visit

everything was great! the staff was helpful and very upbeat. the breakfast they have was very good as well. the room was spacious. i booked the king suite room.

its right next to a very busy road so it was fairly loud. its in a densely populated area of homeless people and there is not security onsite or that drives through the parking lot. so i was a bit worried about my car. other than that i have no other complaints

The breakfast was good and offered a good variety. The staff were helpful and helped move us to a new room when the heater did not work in the first room we were assigned to.

The hotel did not answer their phone when we were trying to check in after hours. They finally came to the desk and opened the doors so that worked out.

The room was great for our family and provided plenty of space for our family of 5. The pool was closed (temporarily) for maintenance the day we were there. Breakfast in the morning was nice and had a variety of options. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast wasn’t great but it worked. Maybe change up the breakfast options. With limited space to do so that may be an issue. We did have a disturbance one morning with someone who was drunk knocking on doors wanting to fight people. It wasn’t pleasant because we had athletes who needed rest because of their competition that next morning.

Comfortable and close to fairgrounds

I thought the price for 1 night could have been a little more affordable..we paid well in advance, maybe they could offer a small discount for people who book a room and pay for it in advance,..just a thought..

Very quiet 4th floor room, next to the elevator but no elevator noise. Shower was great, bed good. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

I don’t really have any negatives for this stay. It was a good stay, better than last year.
