The check in person was friendly, polite and helpful. The check in was quick and professional. My room was large, clean and odor free which are my three "must-haves'. The room supplied the basic toiletry items; soap, shampoo, and clean towels. The hotel is right off the freeway and near a gas station and convenience store which was helpful in the morning when needing gas and coffee/water for the days journey. All in all, this hotel was a great value and provided what I needed.

Not that I didn't like it but the room could use a new paint job and was "missing" nightstands next to the bed.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable , the location was great, and the staff were fantastic.

The hotel is on the older side and the room I stayed in showed it's age. If you want brand new/recently renovated, you can absolutely get it in Salem, but you'll pay a premium for the privilege.

The staff was super nice and friendly. Accommodation was made for one of the guests who was handicapped. Clean then expected, microwave and mini fridge was a plus!

Door didnt seem to really lock was the only thing

Staff was nice room was decent for price.

There was only one towel. Even for one night, there should've been more than one towel. A minimum of three. There was no face towel for bar soap. There was a holes in the blanket from smoking.

It's quiet all the staff are attentive
