Very nice stay at this quiet location. The room was located in what they called the cabin. This cabin was a newer building in a small private neighborhood setting. The room felt large and cozy with a king bed and a gas fireplace. The room had a back door with a very small seating space. The bed was comfortable. Along with the fireplace, the room had a wall heater/cooling unit (a bit noisy but ok). The bathroom was large enough with a bathtub/shower. The shower had a shampoo and body wash setup that was nice and eliminating small shampoo and soap packets. Breakfast in the main hotel was really great! Very nice variety with real scrambled eggs (not typical fake scrambled eggs) and sausage along with yogurt, cereals, toast and some pastries. We were surprised how good the eggs were considering this was during the egg shortage. The staff were very attentive to cleanliness. Note: The hotel does not include admission into the Oregon Garden. We will return for future visits.

We first had a room that happened to have children slamming the door every 5 minutes but once I let the desk clerk know, they were very kind in relocating us to a super private and quiet room. Later we chose to sit next to the fireplace for the live music. The musician was solo and very talented, good with the crowd. Then our dinner was actually beyond expectation. We loved the Kobe Burger and the chicken picatta with our bottle of Pinot Gris. Service was kind and efficient.

Breakfast, though in a lovely room with view, could have been a bit more exciting

Beautiful building and grounds. Room was very nicely furnished and appointed. Spa services were excellent.

Had dinner at the Garden View Restaurant on the grounds and ordered a $45 rib eye steak. It was not good. Mine was a very thin slice of meat, I asked for rare a med rare but it was cooked medium. Very hard to cut, hard to chew, dry and tasteless. My friend ordered the same thing and even though her steak was a bit thicker, she had the same complaints. We should have said something but we are not the kind of people to complain, so we left quite a bit of meat on our plate. The sides we ordered were good.

Festive atmosphere with the holiday lights which were fun! Room was nice with fire burning in fireplace and television on upon our arrival. Dinner was delicious and plenty of food as well.

Expected restaurant to be busy, but I had trouble placing a takeout order to bring back to our room. Finally had to go to the lounge to place the order, and I have to say that it was a nice relaxing environs compared with the restaurant which felt a little hectic. It was Thanksgiving though so I wouldn't count it against them as we have stayed before and service has always been wonderful.

We stayed at Oregon Garden resort on our way to Silver Falls Park . it's a short 30 min drive to park , so we stayed for 2 nights. it's a beautiful location . I enjoyed my evening walks looking at many cool flowers, bushes and trees . we stayed at the cottage with clean and comfy room with a little terrace you can sit and enjoy cup of coffee. Yammy complementary breakfast. the staff, the atmosphere were very warm , comfy and friendly . P.S. They're getting ready for Christmas season ( Iwe saw their decorations and etc ) and seems like it's gonna be something cool and big )

Lovely hillside setting. Lots of gorgeous flowers. Happy hour was a great way to relax after a day of driving. Our room was tucked away in the cottage assigned to us so we had a great sleep without noise from other guests. Although we could not enter we loved exploring the Gordon House grounds.

Too bad the Gardens are an extra charge and not open for morning walkers. Also, we would have liked to have stayed 2 nights but the 2nd night charge was way more than we wanted to pay. We booked our 2nd night in Silverton at the Silverton Inn and was overcharged there as well but not nearly as much as the Oregon Garden.

loved the room, the STAFF!, the grounds, the food, breakfast was exceptional, the restaurant food also, exceeded our expectations- The waitress in the bar was absolutely amazing, as were the breakfast staff! One of our party has a bunch of "special" food needs, and we were so graciously accommodated! (We tipped accordingly.) :)

not to be picky-(but you asked)-the cleanliness of pool and especially hot tub could be a bit better. I understand how maintenance heavy these items are, as I have both at my home, but we did not appreciate all the sand in bottom of pool, or the scummy bubbles in the hot tub. Maybe an extra mid/late day maintenance?

We have stayed here several times over the last ten years. We absolutely love this place. Rooms and beds are comfortable.

One of our favorite things to do was walk through gate into the Gardens right after breakfast. I had been almost three years since our last visit. I was surprised and saddened that the entrance to the Garden was no longer included. Also, at check-in we have always received two complimentary drinks coupons to the onsite bar/lodge. I was saddened once again, this was no longer a perk. We loved the “extra” perks of being a guest. These two items didn’t have an impact on the coziness of stay here, just disappointing.

Our group of 4 had an amazing stay at the Oregon Garden Resort. The room was a great size and included a fireplace, 2 queen beds, 2 lounge benches at the end of each bed and even a nice table and a little desk in the room! The room was spacious enough for us all to do what we needed to do without being in each other's space. Outside the backdoor was a cute private patio with a table and chairs as well! The bathroom was quite spacious inside and the shower head was a rain-fall kind, which made taking a shower an amazing experience. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, and even wash cloths for us all, but housekeeping does come by in the morning to check and make sure you have everything you need. The resort check in building is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet provided in the restaurant was fabulous. We ate and had a few drinks at different times during our stay. The food was good, the pricing for drinks and food was very reasonable, and the staff was kind. We definitely will be coming back for another visit!

An absolutely lovely place to stay! The accommodations were perfect for our needs, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed happy hour in the lounge, a good dinner in the restaurant and the hot tub before retiring for the night. Close to Silver Falls State Park and Silverton. Would love to return for another visit and have more time at the resort.

Very minor but wish there was a no-kid time at the hot tub. Hard to have adult conversation with kiddos around. Other than that, I think it's a great place for families.
