The check in person was friendly, polite and helpful. The check in was quick and professional. My room was large, clean and odor free which are my three "must-haves'. The room supplied the basic toiletry items; soap, shampoo, and clean towels. The hotel is right off the freeway and near a gas station and convenience store which was helpful in the morning when needing gas and coffee/water for the days journey. All in all, this hotel was a great value and provided what I needed.

Not that I didn't like it but the room could use a new paint job and was "missing" nightstands next to the bed.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable , the location was great, and the staff were fantastic.

The hotel is on the older side and the room I stayed in showed it's age. If you want brand new/recently renovated, you can absolutely get it in Salem, but you'll pay a premium for the privilege.

Great service and easy check in and out.. Proper services with room service and accommodation was excellent.. Next trip will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great

the room was well kept and organized. the customer service was more than great, he definitely helped accommodate my stay with the holiday lodge.

Staff was nice room was decent for price.

There was only one towel. Even for one night, there should've been more than one towel. A minimum of three. There was no face towel for bar soap. There was a holes in the blanket from smoking.

Good place to stay for the value and great customer service.. will be staying with you in the future.. thanks Ronnie..
