The room was spacious enough, but seemed a tad cramped with the organization of the furniture. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, though the waffles did look very good.

There was only the sheet and the duvet cover on the bed; no other layers were provided. The heavy duvet, while nice in the colder months was a bit stifling, so I was either cold or too warm or had to adjust the heat to allow for one or the other. Not really a negative, but a concern if traveling with another person and setting temperature expectations.

Everything was great for my mom and myself.

Bed was a little too hard for my liking, mirror was dirty, some mold in shower...all of which was cleaner than my house on any given day, except for the bed🤣

The staff was great. They were even open to moving us due to neighbors that were loud and kept us up til midnight and then woke us up again at 4:11am on Thanksgiving Day. We were exhausted. Fortunately, they checked out so we didn't have to move, but it was nice they were open to doing it in the first place. We had a much better night's sleep the next night.

The breakfast is a big reason we stayed there. :) We stayed at this Hampton in last summer and my daughter was so excited about the waffles she talked about it all year. I also like that they had some vegetarian options.

I was very disappointed to hear that I can't earn Hilton points for reservations through Booking.com. That information is not shared at the time of booking, which creates a bad customer experience at check-in. I'm unsure what Hilton has to gain by not offering that and it just drives very customer dissatisfaction.

Breakfast is great! Nice and clean room, it is overall a great option for overnight stay after a long drive due to the hotel's location. Clean swimming pool.

Our room had a sink outside the bathroom, which is quite unusual and not convenient when traveling with a family. Small pillows.

The staff was accommodating and always in a good mood. Cleanliness was one of their key attributes. If something was wrong they would fix it right away.

The property was perfect for this type of stay. Price was a little on the higher side but it was fine.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The evening receptionist was especially helpful. Hampton Inn & Suites is located in a quiet location, but it is not near many places to eat. The receptionist explained how to get to a street which had many restaurant choices.

Friendly staff and great location for us. Breakfast was also good with waffle machines Which is always a favorite. Pool is starting to show its age. Comfortable beds and good cleaning services daily.

We had king room on 3 floor. Our bed was not comfortable, too hard no give. The bathroom fan doesnt work well. Would be nice to see upgraded led mirrors in the bathrooms .
