Clean, well stocked, friendly staff, lots of amenities in the rooms, nice high shower for my 6’8” self

The pillows seemed below par compared to the rest of the room. With a door connecting to the adjacent room, the noise from that room is easily transmitted to my room. I noticed the thermostat did not have a constant fan setting. The room next door likes to have the TV on while they slept. Which forced me to listen to it all night. I eventually turned on the microwave fan which was pretty loud haha. Other than that the stay was perfect. Just some better pillows and a constant fan setting on the thermostat haha

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was the first time we had stayed there. Because our room wasn't ready at check-in time, we were given a free upgrade. The room was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast every day, and using the fitness center. It would have been nice to have more variety for the breakfast (maybe something a bit different each day), but overall breakfast was good. The workers were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again

I booked last minute and what a surprise…this place is fantastic. Politely greeted… immediately…. upon approaching the desk, easy check in, superb room with amenities, comfortable, clean and a pool too! Breakfast included for this 5 star stay.

The property was great! The woman at the front desk was rude! Thinking it was a one time thing at the end of a long day, we had to re-address the issue (we were billed twice) in the morning. Unfortunately, the gentleman in the morning was almost just as rude. Have they not heard about customer service and word-of-mouth reputation?

The room was spacious, very well appointed and the breakfast was exceptional. All added up to incredibly good value for the rate charged.

It was a little far from the centre of town, necessitating a cab as we wished to have dinner and wine. The cab fee was quite expensive for such a short distance.

Cozy, clean and comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Was a treat to have the pool open until 12 am left ample time for the kids to expend some energy. The floor in the pool area was very slippery so pool shoes would have been helpful. Ron helped us get adjoining rooms for our two bookings which was very much appreciated traveling with 4 children. Breakfast had many options and was very well stocked. We would stay here again.

The staff were very welcoming and warm. The food was good. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Always got prompt service.

The bed was NOT comfortable- so we didn’t sleep well. This was going to make our 8 hour drive like her. We have charge on our bill we have to investigate- a separate charge that we do not know what it is for.

Breakfast was amazing! Love the room and the heated pool was great- super clean! The fitness room was awesome. Starbucks was less than 5 minutes away. Great parking! Will definitely stay at a Home2 Suites again!

We had neighbors next to our room who were tossing things and breaking hollering at each other foul language. we reported to the front office by 45 hours later we still heard them again.
