There was plenty of parking, although the lot is a little tight. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They serve a hot breakfast, which I appreciated. Options included: eggs (scrambled or hard boiled), bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt etc.

The check-in process seems overly complicated. There were two people in front of me, neither of them had any particular issues, and yet it took about fifteen minutes to get them both checked in. I've been in other hotels where they pull up one screen, note that you've arrived and hand you a key - done. I'm not really sure why it took so long.

I loved the room and the bed was very comfortable. Woke to having an awesome breakfast the next morning. For the most the staff working were pretty friendly and helpful

The one thing that bothered me the most is how the housekeeping half ass did their jobs. I mean at first glance you can't really tell but being a housekeeper or house cleaner myself and knowing what is to be expected I seen a lot of areas where the housekeeping are the housekeeper missed like was vacuuming

Everything was very nice, seemed like it was updated recently but kinda already wore out a bit (im kinda picky) none of my family members complained of anything Im just very observant. The man in the breakfast area was soooooo attentive and hard worker! He needs a tip jar! He literally was running to keep up demand; it was really busy and many guests due to sports events.

The lighting in the side and back of the building could be more lite due to parking being on the smaller side on the front area.

Breakfast was fantastic and the pool and gym. Bed was comfortable

The Wi-Fi does not go past room 212 we were in the last room 214 in the end of the hallway. It was an upsetting disappointment experience for everyone in the room. I asked the front desk after waiting 30-40 min in line for employee to check guests in . After the 3rd time I had to come down and ask question. I decided to photo discretely the 3rd time in a long check in line again . I waited 40 minutes each time. The front desk employee noticed and a miracle happened the check in each guest went from least 20 minutes each to 30 seconds!! Crazy. We asked about the Wi-Fi and they said nothing do. Only use wifi standing outside room in hallway next to room 212 door. The screen was ripped could not open window because of that .

Very clean bedding and facility. Big window for fresh air. Newly redone. Good area.

Too much air freshener. When entering the lobby it smelled of bleach and motel air freshener. The room was Extremely scented. Not good for allergies. Fortunately there was a good sized window that opened. That was kept open for the whole stay (2 days), and the fan on the a/c was kept on, and we reversed our heads and feet in the bed to keep our faces in the fresh air. Was a bit annoyed by all the “social distancing” circles everywhere. Guests were ignoring them.

Breakfast choices. Clean room area. Easy access to our room. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Eating area is basically the lobby. Bed's springs squeak and husband doesn't like the squishy pillows. Water in sink has low pressure. Hallway had someone's dog pee on it almost every day. Surprised that guest let their dog wait that long. Most people were inconsiderate when it came to picking up their own dogs dropping. We could not take our grandbabies to the pool. We don't live in Salem so don't get to visit often enough to know where to take a 4 & 6 yr old so would have been nice to be able to take them swimming.parking is congested and not well lit. While walking my dog around midnight there were people doing what we'll call inappropriate things in their car in the parking lot. Cable was hard to figure out.

Adequate parking. Dog friendly. Wonderful breakfast. Very quiet in my room out in the hall there was more noise the noise in the room did not exist. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable as well.

Have trays to carry breakfast back to room for the disabled. Need sanitation bags for the tv remote controls or just bag them after the staff has sanitizer them to ensure they are germ free. A bowl for dog water would be nice.

Beautiful property. Always very clean and cozy. Very good breakfast with many different amenities and close to everything around.

Everything was grate. If I had to pick one thing, it would probably be the parking. It can get a little crowded and hard to find a spot, specially late at night. But not a deal breaker for me.

Friendly and clean the cleaning ladies were very friendly and willing to please. KUDOS to all your hard work.

I could hear a lady at the desk from the third floor complaining. And that there is not more up close parking or security. I work night shift and there are questionable people In the parking lot and behind the building next door.

I love a La Quinta. They are very consistent. It's a good price for a clean and comfortable room. We always look for a La Quinta when we need a night on the road. This was as good as we'd hoped.

Breakfast was a little boring, not a lot of choices. It fit the price of the room pretty well though. What was there was good.
