We loved staying here for a few nights. It was a very comfortable room with excellent staff (we loved Marcos!) Anytime we needed anything, the 24-hour desk was very accommodating, which was such a great benefit! I totally recommend staying here, especially with all of the fun attractions and food options nearby.

We encountered key card issues a few times. We had to exchange our key twice because it wouldn't let us into our room, which was somewhat inconvenient. Besides that, our room had two toilet paper rolls. After the first one was used, we were about to replace it with the backup one, but it was covered in mold. Although that threw me off, the hotel staff were quick to replace it and apologize.

I did not make it in down in time, so I was unable to try the breakfast. It was a quiet room and easy accessibility off the highway...mostly. I am disabled, but unfortunately they did not have anymore "accessible" rooms, but my room still gave me enough room. It was tight for my collapsible wheelchair so a regular room would be nearly impossible for someone in a full size powerchair unless they were semi ambulatory

If there was anything I did not like, it would be at check-in. The gentleman that checked me in was going to charge a "pet fee" for my Service Animal. After my explanation of the difference between a pet and a Service Animal, he did not charge me. He was not rude, or did he in anyway provided bad service. He was nice, he just needed a little more info, that's all.

Location is great, next to plenty of restaurants and many within walking distance. Right next to a fantastic outlet mall. The facility had hot and cold breakfast items. Staff were very nice and helpful. The facility smelled good. Very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Curtains didn’t close well (bring a safety pin). No butter at breakfast buffet. Heater/air conditioner too loud. Housekeeping staff came at 9:00 to clean on checkout day, should wait til checked out.

Great location! Right around the corner from the Woodburn Premium Outlets, just off a major highway and less than half a mile from 1-5. It was very clean - I saw a housekeeper on a ladder cleaning ceiling fixtures in the lobby! The housekeeping staff was wonderful. The bed was really comfortable. And the breakfast bar had a nice variety - one morning there were fresh blackberries!

Property is ok. The cleaning crew, there were days that I my room wasn’t serviced. One day found one bed done and the other undone. Leaving behind a cleaning rags. There was a cleaning really nice can’t remember her name but she cleaned our room on Monday and she did an awesome job.

Easy check-in ahead of time on-line was convenient. Front desk staff were very nice. The included breakfast was outstanding++. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, very fluffy scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, lots of bread options, yogurt, every type of beverage, all very clean and keep well stocked. 110% start for the day. A quiet location and easy to find.

It was easy to get to, right off the freeway. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The A/C worked great!

The A/C was in the window, so we couldn’t really close the curtains all the way without blocking it and a lot of light came into the room while we were sleeping.

It's within walking distance of the outlet mall. Therefore, there's a very safe place to walk my dog especially early morning. The microwave and mini refrigerator are nice for lunch food. There are dog bags and an area for bathroom off the parking lot too. It's easy to access.

The breakfast. I can't eat gluten or sugar; therefore, options were limited. Being charged extra for having a dog. I am traveling solo so am already paying for a room for another adult and child/children. If I'm paying extra for a dog, I should be reimbursed for not having my limit of guests.

Great location. Good breakfasts. Clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this place.

The doors let in/out too much of the interior noise. Neighbors staying across the way were inside their room and I could hear their child crying and screaming.

Friendly staff, right off interstate, mall stores within walking distance if good weather. Numerous restaurants both sides of interstate.

Water pressure in shower was weak but could be just our shower. Wheelchair mobility room had 2 beds...ok for 3 or 4 people but it was alittle tight with wife wheelchair to move around good for us 2
