BEST hotel breakfast I have ever had. There were two choices of omelettes, both were fantastic and didn’t taste like rubber or pure chemicals. The bacon was also bacon and not that again rubber mystery meat some hotels pass off as bacon. Plenty of selection and choices. Bed was comfortable and room had been well cleaned.

The shower was a little finicky when it came to getting the temperature. You had to turn the handle right to the middle as soon as turned on the shower or else you would be freezing or scalding hot.

Our flight (Kansas City/Denver/Portland) was scheduled to arrive at midnight. It was delayed in Denver and we did not arrive until 1:30 a.m. and did not reach the HIE until 3:30. We were unable to use the pool or any of the guest facilities except the bed. We slept past the end of the in-house breakfast…which is normally very good. The young woman who checked us in was the only other person we saw prior to checking around 11:00. It was not the property’s fault…but I seriously doubt that Southwest Airlines will accept responsibility or refund a significant portion of our travel costs (including lodging) due to their causing us to experience severe inconvenience associated with other aspects of our travel.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and spacious.

The shower head was a little wonky. There were no instructions on how to work the tv. I had to call the front desk. I bashed my arm on the towel rack and was bleeding quite a bit, and when I went to reception, I was told they had no first aid kit and weren’t allowed to give me even a band aid.

I enjoyed it, was a little tough for the person trying to provide for the guests. She was mainly by herself. One person doing the check in. And the other person doing the breakfast. Especially on the weekend. Where there more guests. The other person at the check in helped but if there was a extra person would have been better

Staff was of the lowest quality. Unfriendly and rude. No milk, yogurt, or eggs for breakfast. We're out - that was the answer. Asked staff at the front desk - we are busy working here. Answer received. Could be a great hotell. With some positive and friendly staff

Beds were comfortable, good location to freeway, good breakfast.

People using the pool who were not staying there but had friends who let them in with all their kids. I had to wait until they left to use the pool. I also had my watch stolen at the pool.

Separate bathroom from mirror and sink, LARGE room, good workspace, Many outlets for USB and other, Great TV with the ability to put my firestick in, very quiet, comfortable bed, clean, nice fridge and coffee area, a couple couches which was great. All around the best hotel I've stayed in while traveling for work

The only thing that could of been better was the lighting. There was one main light but I couldn't find the switch. It didn't really matter for my case though

the bathroom was small, hard for a bigger person to find room to stand to close the door. the toilet was too close to the ground and seemed like a child’s toilet. Shower didn’t have enough water pressure
