Breakfast - esp the Belgian waffle maker ! This item makes or breaks a continental breakfast at a hotel ;) I would recommend the bacon be cooked a little bit more though , it was pretty raw

The fact that people are smoking against the building … the door to get in on the side facing quality inn .. ppl smoking right outside that door … should be signs up stating you should be atleast 100 ft from the building (fire hazard and it’s gross for us non smokers) another guy sitting in a chair right outside his door smoking..

Great place to stay! Rooms are comfortable, pool is spacious, breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel has its own restaurant and lounge. Great location in walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Definitely check out the Bradford Brew Station and Tacos Inc. nearby and John Williams European Pastry Shop is excellent for breakfast.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable. All the pillows were overly big. But really most things were fine.

Staff was sooo welcoming and helpful. Asked how our day was when we pass them. Other then that one incident I'm definitely be back again if we don't air bnb it. Great location great staff

Only one employee was bothersome he had black hair and that he was all blowing his nose while around the breakfast food. I jus didn't eat what he was around that morning. He is an employee I'd assume was on a break. He also was not very polite the way he spoke to other employees.

Hotel was very comfortable.

Bar closed at 9:30 on a Saturday evening. Couldn't have a drink though opening hours are listed to 10pm. Would have preferred a room to the courtyard as the guests wirh motorcycles are not terribly considerate.

The entire staff were extremely nice and helpful , the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there was quite a bit to choose from. We would stay again.

rooms very very clean and tidy, all expected facilities were available, especially a food menu and on-site lounge open till 10 pm. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

carpets in the corridors could have been cleaner, they seemed very old and a bit dirty. Rest no complaints.

I had reserved a handicap room and was given an AWESOME room. The room had 2 doors, one directly to the parking lot, which I LOVED. It made it so easy and convenient to load and unload the car. The other door was out into the hotel. I travel a LOT for work and this facility had the BEST BREAKFAST I’ve ever had in all my travels. The bacon was crispy and hot, the eggs weren’t runny. Dining area was large, clean and decorated well.

The location is good. Not quite as much noise from 219 as HIE. Plenty of parking.

Breakfast. Eggs were green because they were in the heated pan too long. The hard boiled eggs weren't fully cooked. I was fine with the coffee but my wife didn't like it. Someone brought their screaming child down the hall at 1:15AM. Someone else apparently had at least one dog in the room - that barked.

Bradford is a sketchy little town but safe. Actually most of PA is. However 2nd time staying in Bradford as its a great base camp. Central to hiking in Kinzua State Park and Allegheny State Park with all the amenity's you need close by. Hotel was clean and comfy. With a good breakfast in the morning and nice outdoor pool to relax by while the kids swim after a day of exploring.

Location was close to what I was in the area to see . It had the mini fridge that I expect all hotels to have for my stay.

Breakfast staff was sitting in breakfast area eating and complaining the whole time . Pool was not open yet . Bathroom was a little small
