The room was very clean and comfortable. The meals at the cafe were very good and reasonably priced.

Slot machines were a bit tight . I didn't see to many big winners there.

The resort is exceptional when it comes to the staff, cleanliness and comfort. The suite was designed for guests to enjoy themselves. (However, no microwave in the room.

The food was extremely disappointing! My first experience at Seneca Cafe was a pulled pork brisket burger, however, the brisket was as tough as shoe leather and just disgusting. Second order was wings and fries via room service, the wings were incredibly fatty which I never knew was possible. The breakfast buffet at the cafe (because for some odd reason thunder buffet wasn’t opened) was awful! 20 bucks a person and you had only biscuits and French toast with bacon, eggs and fruit? That’s not a good deal! Our previous stay was so much better because they took pride in food offerings and taste, as of this stay, they lost the focus which is terribly disappointing.

Staff was very helpful. Valets very nice and polite. Casino was very clean and fun.

No buffet on Wednesday night and everything backed up in all the other places to eat. We tried the lounge/bar and waited 20 minutes to get waited on and another hour to receive our food which was only a couple of sandwiches. Not enough staff this night. Would be nice to have the Hot Tub enclosed in a building instead of outside. Afterall it was 50 degrees most of the time and raining. Didn't understand the logic for that.

The suite was very clean. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! Loved the soft robes too! We had dinner at Toscana which was tasty and our server Shane was great. Check in and out was easy and quick. All the staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant.

Elevators were not working properly as we were trying to go down to the lobby and check out. We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and finally gave up. We used the stairs. We had all our bags to carry and we were on the eighth floor. This is my only complaint. Everything else was wonderful!

When I check in , I ask to have a join room with our friends. And I was told that I do have a join rooms at the front desk but when we got to our room it was not the join room. I called the desk to ask if they can switch us cuz the room next to us was empty and the room next to our friends was empty too but they told me this is the best they could do . It was Tuesday night so the hotel was not that busy . So we were disappointed. We go there a lot and always had a good experience. Ohh and the pillows ware not comfortable; to big, to bulky.

Front desk staff is awesome, rooms are large and beds, linens, finishings are superb

...the rest of the staff I walked by...meh. all of them should acknowledge all guests that make eye contact. (hint: the hotel guest is in an elevator or pulling luggage) and the gentlemen just riding the clock in the casino should just have couches for them to lounge on...instead of being like a bee hive in the corner. the games could be cleaner with a wipe and guests could be acknowledged at least.

The spa is wonderful; my wife got a massage there and enjoyed it immensely. There is also a nice indoor pool (not deep enough for diving) and a big hot tub on a large balcony with deck chairs for sunning. There are several restaurants and buffets in the hotel. The exercise room looks very nice and well maintained, though I did not use it. I did not gamble but the casino is huge and very nice looking. Garage parking is free and convenient. There are some interesting displays related to the Seneca Indians. Everything is clean and like new. Staff and other guests are friendly and nice.

There are about half a dozen fancy food options in the hotel and they looked and smelled delicious but cost a bit more than I personally wanted to spend. However, there is a nice big inexpensive Chinese buffet restaurant less than a mile away, and a number of other decent eateries if you don't mind driving a little farther.

Easy to get to, the shuttle from the parking lot to the casino was great since it is a hike and it was raining. Almost all the staff we encountered was very friendly. We enjoyed the buffet!

We were there for a concert and the event center was soooooo warm, even the performers were commenting on and complaining about it. Also the chairs were all locked together so no one could move apart and you’re literally on your neighbors lap if you aren’t a scrawny twig.

Everything was very good. It was our first time there and we look forward to coming again.

We were looking forward to the buffet and it was closed the days we were there.I feel there should have been some more information upon making reservations about available eateries.Also,other restaurants were closed when we were there.I probably would have changed my stay to coincide with when the buffet was open.

This is my 3rd year in a row staying at the casino for my vacation. It's always fun and relaxed. Everything is very clean.

I pay more for the kingsize room because there is normally a small couch in it. This year the couch wasn't there even though the picture of the room showed it. I explained to the front desk that I had a bad back and couldn't sleep the full night on the bed. She claimed it was due to remodeling even though the room I was in looked the same as the years before minus the couch. She didn't offer to fix my problem, I had to ask for a rollout cot and then she informed me I had to pay for it. So what was I supposed to do at that point? Not get sleep on my vacation? Or pay more money on top of the $500 bill?
