Nice central location for visiting relatives in/around Jamestown. The hotel was very clean and well organized. We loved our room — spacious, clean, great little kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and microwave. Loved the huge comfortable bed and that the sink and counter — that were outside from the toilet and shower, added convenience. The A/C and heat worked perfectly. The TV swiveled so you could see it from bed or the sofa. The daily breakfast and all day coffee were nice!

We asked for a room with a view and we literally got the view of a dumpster and the back parking lot. And because we were on the third floor—it was the full view inside of the dumpster—disgusting! So that was a disappointment.

The breakfast was exceptional. Food delicious, even the coffee was really good. Katrina was the BEST. Also LOVED THE POOL! Especially in the winter. I had a long drive (from Connecticut) so it was great to work out in the pool. My traveling companions enjoyed the fitness center. The room was beautiful and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean, smelled fresh and sweet. Everyone very remarkable friendly and helpful.

Outside plowing, snow clearing of the parking area and even the entrance was NOT good. HAZARDOUS!!!!

The location was about five minutes from the downtown core, located off the highway, so it was quiet. The room was spacious, and I loved the double-sized walk-in shower! The breakfast area was big and bright, and the food was great. They have no EV charger, but staff allowed us to use an outlet to charge our car overnight. Staff was incredibly helpful and polite!

The pool was dominated by a bunch of kids who were supervised, but loud and rowdy. As a result, we didn’t get to use the pool, which was a feature we wanted when we booked.

Good location

Didn’t make beds or service room EVERY night. I hate when they use the Covid excuse when it’s clearly a cost saving measure. For $517 they could service room daily not every other day. Breakfast left much to be desired. Front doors were broken and had to go all around the building to load car.

CLEAN, nice decor. Pleasant staff. Beautiful, peaceful view of Lake View Cemetery. 😏 Hey! Each to their own! Lovely Father's Day breakfast. Comfy beds.

Everything! I'm sorry I didn't get the assistant managers name, but she was helpful, pleasant, and you could tell, loves her job. The rest of the staff were just as good, engaging and went out of their way to help.

Very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating.

Bathroom needed updating. Tub leaked and shower pressure not great. Breakfast needed some better choices, I’ve had much better at other Hampton Inns. Warm coffee. Just a few tweaks and this could be an amazing hotel.

We got a room with a king size bed. It was bigger than the average hotel room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was average hotel fare. The hotel is right off the expressway but not near anything in Jamestown

Good breakfast, and helpful staff. Generous sized rooms.

Our room faced a wall, and was beside an elevator.This really didn’t matter much, but when there were so few guests, why not give the few guests you have the best rooms? The address is very confusing for a GPS, especially when the hotel is hidden by the trees from the address we had.

Clean quiet and nice staff.

It is very difficult to get out onto the highway. A lot of traffic seems to be in the area because of a lot of hotels, gas station and restaurants.
