The bell on the elevator needs turned off. If your room is near the elevator, there’s that constant day that goes on every time the elevator is used.

The breakfast was an ordinary, continental breakfast that you would find at any hotel for free and we served ourselves other than the woman who brought coffee. No skim milk available, no nuts for the oatmeal. She was the only worker very short staffed and we were charged 21 Dollars each. Way too expensive for the food and service we received. The woman working was very pleasant.

Z, the young woman who checked us in was very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was a typical self-serve style continental breakfast you would find at a similar hotel chain. The staff was very friendly and kept items like coffee, waffle batter, yogurts, fruit and coffee well-stocked and tidy. It was convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel.

The only drawback was the lack of sound proofing in the rooms. You could hear the person in the adjoining room having a very loud argument over the phone which lasted hours. I was in a room that had a connecting door, so that might have been a factor.

Good breakfast buffet, ample free parking in a connected garage, clean room, plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Can recommend the nearby Landmark restaurant for dinner.

Not a single towel rack in the bathroom. Rarely does a hotel have enough places to hang the towels they give you, but this place had none. The breakfast buffet was good, but not cheap, at $15. We appreciated the connected parking garage, but the garage itself was rather nasty. There was a clear plastic cup sitting for two days in the middle of a parking spot at the end of the connecting tunnel that had evidently been used to dispose of excess beer. The garage had crumbling concrete. But we didn't spend much time in the garage!

The breakfast was horrible! I knew there was going to be a charge of $15 per person which I didn't have a problem with paying but everything was cold or empty. There was only one staff person who was responsible to refill the dishes plus clean the tables and take orders for omelets/waffles and collect the fee. Sorry this is my comment for what I didn't like. I do have to say that wait staff that was working where was very nice as a matter of fact I gave her an extra $20 bill that she returned to me!

Everything! Everyone from Cherie at the front desk to the staff at the restaurant, CJ was our server, to an easy and friendly check out experience. The hotel and our room was very clean and had a comfortable atmosphere! Parking was right next to the hotel! I would give this place 100 stars!!!

The variety of the breakfast was great; however, everything was cold.

The fact that it was Father's Day weekend, and the main dining room was closed because the staff wanted off for Father's Day was very disappointing. The Pearl City Hops was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. We had to get pizza from a chain restaurant for dinner...not happy. Do you close for Mother's Day too?

The Breakfast was good. Had nice selections. "Wait staff" was attentive. They need to work on the Syrup carafe as the handle is ALWAYS sticky. I get the feeling that carafe was not designed for syrup.

Parking is tough. Not sure if the hotel was full, but the parking lot was packed every night. I stayed 2 nights and found the last open spot each night. There is a parking garage next door, but unsure if it was associated w/ the hotel or what the fee was.

Very friendly staff. Reception waitress in restaurant , and waitress in breakfast buffet. Also shampoo and soaps were amazing. Monday night game deals in restaurant hit the spot and were tasty Breakfast was the best breakfast I.habe had in hotel. Fruit was particularly good.

No fan in bathroom Beeping noise. We were wondering if it was ice machine or something like that late in the evening.

New security measures for the access to all floors made the hotel quieter. I appreciated that.

We had to get extra water glasses from the front desk/bar area. These should have been more accessible. Parking for a person with mobility issues is rather difficult and parking in front of the hotel is a close option but you'll get ticketed if you vehicle isn't moved by 8 AM.

You can tell these employees are treated right – they seem so happy and friendly! When I walked into the room, I just went whoa. This is so nice. The place has a great feel to all of it, from guest rooms to restaurant to front desk (Sara was awesome). Some other reviewers mentioned not feeling safe in the neighborhood and limited parking, but I’m sure glad I didn’t let that stop me! Found a parking place next to the hotel - made sure I got there early enough to find parking (late afternoon).

The only complaint I had I voiced to the front desk person at checkout, and she made it right immediately. That’s assuming booking.com follows through.
