Breakfast was great, wide variety of items. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful

I stayed 5 nights, never was able to get maid service (even though I placed the door tag on outside for three days). I do think it is a good idea to not schedule maid service for every day, but going five days without is abit extreme.

Breakfast decent - only other thing i would have liked would have been some bread or bagels to toast. Dark coffee VERY good! Quality Twining tea very good! Thank you for real half and half. Nice pillows on bed and plenty of them.

Beds were a bit too firm for me but not awful. Toilet very low! No elevator....I know it is only one floor but I am older....makes it tough - wish they would have explained physical lay out when reserving room.

I always pick hotels with free breakfast but wow the spread they served was amazing! Nobody left hungry from my mother My husband and kids aged 5 and 15. And the king size bed was perfect for us and the pull out couch was perfect for the teenager to snooze on. We asked the front desk clerk for an extra blanket she was so nice about everything! And the cleaning staff in the morning when we checked out oh they were friendly and funny! We will be back!

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff went above and beyond to assist me with what I NEEDED!

I went down to eat the next morning and came back. And my room was ready for the next guest. I had 2 hours before I had to leave.

location off hwy and walking distance to food and coffee- breakfast had great fruit! I enjoyed the decaf coffee in the evening. desk staff very friendly:)

not a big deal because I enjoyed my brief stay- but I wanted to take a bath and the fixture was broken. but fast and good hot water from the sink:) Carpets looked old but were as clean as possible.

Location was good, close to I90. Room was clean and well appointed. Price of room for three people was higher than I'd hoped.

Breakfast was mediocre. No eggs, few options. To access our room on the second floor, it was inconvenient to walk to the end of the building, climb the stairs, and then walk back to the middle of the second floor where the room was situated. No elevator? No central stairs? A sign on the entrance indicated that we were required to wear a mask to enter, but the staff and other travelers were not masked.

The breakfast was limited in types of food but dining area was very clean. The room itself is clean and roomy. Comfortable bed.

The rugs were old and stained but well vacuumed.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Great stay for a short business trip.

The bathtub plug was a little loose and so wouldn't stop the water, but I went out and got a cheap rubber tub stopper and so no real problem.

I loved the hot tub. That was the main reason we stayed at a hotel. Staff was friendly. Stay was great. Breakfast was good.
