Super. duper. CLEAN!

A little worn around the edges. Totally cosmetic. Clean is more important to me.

Pool was definitely pictured on web or I would have not booked. Got to the hotel and lady at the front desk stated the pool was down for a week for renovations and if I still wanted to check in. I advised no because I have kids who want to swim. Now trying to say 4 days later I can't get my money back because I canceled. And because I used booking.com and it's a third party with no cancel options. BS. Never will I make a booking here. And I travel all the time.

The staff was really nice and our car stopped working and one of the staff came and got jumper cables and her car and helped us and another staff gave us some cool places to visit because we were from Canada and had no clue

I feel like the beds there could have been better for the price but they still were good and the pool there also could have been cleaner but it is still really good and the breakfast could have been open for a little longer but overall had a lot of fun the staff was really friendly

The location was very good, the room was quiet and comfortable. A free breakfast is always a nice touch, it does help me save a little money while on a trip like mine...

The only minor negative thing I could say is very unique to my situation...my daughter has Cerebral Palsy and was looking forward to the pool. Warm water works wonders for her muscles and her movements (a warm pool is like a tricky physical therapy for her, she still thinks it's fun 😁). The pool wasn't warm at all...it was clean and inviting and I, myself, was OK with it being a little cooler and I'd say most everyone else would be too. But with her CP, she couldn't stay in very long. Again, this is only discouraging to OUR unique situation. Most would find this to be a nice pool...so enjoy!

The property was comfortable, clean, and not huge. I was very pleased about my room location and easy in/out. It was quiet, private, comfortable. The breakfast was nice/adequate and met my needs.

Workout room - equipment needs attention. Floor lamp in my room was broken (I left shade off lamp when I left.) I assumed there would be a frig and microwave in the room - there wasn’t but there was a microwave available near the breakfast area.

The property in Hamburg, NY, met our basic expectations. The location was convenient, and the property itself was clean and quiet. Additionally, they had a heated swimming pool, which was a nice amenity. Considering the price we paid, it served its purpose adequately.

Price vs Expectations. In my experience, that cheap of a place has more negatives vs positives. This place had a lot of positives!

Wallpaper in bathroom was falling off. Whole bathroom could use some TLC. It was very clean though!

Centrally located to local attractions, easy access to the interstate.

Internet was spotty. It did not work the majority of time we stayed

It was better than our Niagara Falls hotel. It was near our son's home and the light show. Expensive because of Bill's game.

Toilet very low. Bathroom sink leaked on floor. Shower curtin rod broken, so the curtin wouldn't stay closed.

The breakfast was great! And the night staff that checked us in was very accommodating and we appreciate him so much!
