The location of this hotel is extremely convenient to reach the Amtrak and light rail station. In addition, it is in short walking distance to the KeyBank Center. The staff was extremely polite and the room impressed me, as I wasn't expecting something so expansive. This more than makes up for any issues I had during my stay.

I know that some things are out of the control of the hotel, but the room was not ready at check-in. While the wait wasn't long, for me, it's a minimum expectation to have access to the room at the time stated in the description. Also, while it is easy to get to transportation and events, there is very little in terms of convenience stores near the hotel. Again, I know that this is not the hotel's fault, but it is something to consider.

It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. I would highly recommend putting grab bars in the shower. There used to be no actual seat and the floor was a little slippery so a grab bar could avoid a serious injury. My husband fell in a similar shower in Punta Cana last year and dislocated his shoulder. It was not a good experience. Other than that I loved the convenience of the fridge and coffee maker. I would recommend your hotel but would have liked to get a senior’s or AAA rate which didn’t come up when booking. We could only afford to stay one night but would have preferred two. Thanks

No grab bars in the shower

Check in was quick and convenient, the staff member who checked us in (I think her name was Kiki) was friendly and answered all of our questions. The tv in our room wasn’t working and on our way out for dinner we mentioned it to the staff at the front desk. We returned to a note saying he couldn’t fix it, but they gave us a 30$ breakfast credit which was an unexpected surprise. I will absolutely be staying here the next time I attend an event at KeyBank center.

The facility did get a little dirty as the night went on, but there were a lot of people coming from the concert.

I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included. For the price of the hotel, paying an extra $15USD (as a Canadian, who gets charged the exchange rate every time I tap my card) seemed a little steep. I also did not like how the Starbucks/Bar in the lobby didn’t open until 5pm. The bar, I can understand, but why Starbucks? It would have been nice to get a coffee in the morning!

The location is perfect for event at the KeyBank Center. Did pre check in from the email they sent and our room was ready when we got there at 2:40. Fridge was already plugged in which was great. Was also able to get a parking spot so that was great too.

The elevators were a little challenging as you needed your keycard to swipe but the swipe reader was very finicky. The price seemed a bit high as I’ve stayed in other cities downtown for a lot cheaper.

Didn’t get to try breakfast. We went down to the cafe and seen the prices and decided to go eat at a sit down diner.

We were there the night of the concert and after the snow storm and there was no parking and I think it’s goofy that you get charged to park there after you spent 100’s on a room.

Not enough staff on. Tried to contact front desk multiple times for assistance and kept getting "Please Hold" 4 times Wednesday afternoon. Went down to the front desk and there were 14 people waiting to check in with one attendant. Never did get any assistance or a response to see what we needed.

This hotel was very very clean, people cleaning all the time whole we were there. Wonderful to see. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location was great, parking was great!

There should be a complimentary breakfast, that would have been the icing on the cake.

The location is perfect. It's a 4 minute walk to the Key bankcentere, perfect for a hockey game. There is a great pizza place attached to the hotel as well. The beds are so comfortable. The shower was huge, and there were bottles of built-in body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The room is a great size and has a mcirowave , fridge, and coffee maker. They have an exercise room, hottub , pool, and onsite parking .There is a bar in the lobby and a starbucks. . Would definitely stay here again.

The staff went out of their way to ensure my family had connecting rooms. Our rooms were very clean. The location could not be beat. It is close walking distance to Key Bank Center, Canalside, and the Children's Museum.
