Washroom is very large, clean and beautiful. Beds are of king sized. The comfy blankets and pillows supplied were more than enough for my family. The lobby, the desk service and the car drop off are nice. Lots of phone charging point in the room, just by data cable. Free shuttle/car service from 7am to 7pm within 1km radius. Surrounding is very calm. Entrance lobby is large and beautiful. Good security.

For an unknown reason The luggage trolleys of most of the hotels don’t run properly. So this is not of the exception. Breakfast items could be improved to more varieties. No food or shops nearby.

The front desk staff were very helpful especially the gentleman who worked the second shift both days January, 13th and the 14th 2025 he went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of, valet was wonderful and the housekeeping staff was amazing, the room was very clean and very well-kept

There were no issues so there wasn't anything that I didn't like I enjoyed my stay the staff was wonderful the hotel was clean I would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends and family

Nice basic room, cleaning is ok. After taking a rental car we parked just at the hotel entrance (not much space there so in case the hotel is crowded you may need to park on the street), before we enjoyed the shuttle service of the hotel (for any destination in the neighborhood) and it was very useful and comfort. The staff was very helpful. Formally no breakfast is offered in the deal, but basic element (coffee, fruits, bagels etc.) was offered in the morning. Nice that a laundromat is part of the hotel.

Mainly the price considering the room level, on one of the most expensive on our travel and not for a reason.

The staff was outstanding in both friendliness and efficiency. The best thing ever was your shuttle service. We had dinner at, The Place, recommended in your brochure. Craig, our driver, gave us some well narrated history of the area and its architecture.

There was not one thing that we did not like about the hotel. It differentiated itself so well from big chain venues. Our sense was that its owners actually care about people. I say this because of such fair pricing that would make stays possible for those with family members hospitalized at Buffalo General and the Sick Children's Hospital across the street.

WE have just returned from a two day visit at The Wyndham Gardens in downtown Buffalo. There are so many nice things to say, I don't know where to begin. The rooms were perfectly good, beds comfortable and the location worked well for us. The outstanding thing to talk about was the staff. From the moment we checked in, we dealt with attentive, helpful, cheerful, kind people. It was a 60th celebration for my brother-in-law and they helped us with restaurant suggestions, reservations and even shuttle service. They provided a shuttle to the baseball game as he had some mobility issues. Upon returning from the birthday dinner, we were presented with a cake and many good wishes. I had arranged for a parcel to be delivered to the hotel and unfortunately despite everyone's effort the package did not arrive and we had to return to Canada without it.. The staff went out of their way to try and trace the package even though it had nothing to do with them. They have assured us that they will notify us as soon as the package arrives and we will try to work out another solution. Although very frustrated, I so appreciated their effort which even included offering to use their personal phone so i wouldn't incur long distance charges on mine. Wish I knew everyone's names but kudos to a wonderful staff especially Randy and Maria.

Clean , grab and go was more this just grab and go . Check in staff were very nice

Check out staff were not nice on the morning of the 13th. Everything was perfect up until check out . They asked if we had valet I said yes .. I even joked if I didn’t get my car they’d have me for another night . They left us sitting in the lobby without getting my car until a member of my group asked how long does it take to get the car and then we realised the receptionist hadn’t requested my car for us .

Staff was excellent, especially the gentleman who comes in around 5, can't remember his name, also shuttle driver that was on Friday night. Both were very helpful. Shuttle service is wonderful.

Being told upfront parking was $20 each time you took your car, it was worth the shuttle, but was unexpected, and that the Saturday rate was higher. I booked though booking.com and was not aware of the extra $90. Also there should be a safer place to wait for shuttle after an event at the keybank car, a street corner is not safe if you are alone. Overall very good experience

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Valet parking was prompt. Location was great for our needs. Room was large and bathroom was decent. Our room was on the “quiet” side away from the street. Room had a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.

There is housekeeping only on alternate days, but the schedule was described differently on the fact sheet that was on the desk from the notice in the bathroom. We arrived on a Saturday and left on a Wednesday but never had anyone come in to clean while we were there! Possibly Monday might have been (?) our day for housekeeping, but it was a holiday. We asked for fresh towels and a trash pickup on Tuesday, but the front desk staff didn’t get to it all day. We asked again when we returned in the evening and someone came up with fresh towels. An apology and removed the trash from the overflowing trash cans. Due to staffing shortages, the restaurant/bar on site was closed. There was a limited “take away” cold breakfast at no charge.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the valet. Clean and spacious room and the cleaning staff gets a 5 star rating. The breakfast setup was nice to grab something quick to eat with coffee,juice, pastries, etc.

Trying to turn in off the street and basically very little parking in front of the hotel to get checked in with lots of guests trying to move their vehicles to get in and out. POOR POOR POOR...More than 4 cars at once and it was really difficult to even leave without hitting another car. And yes there was about 8 at one point. Then the added 20.00 + tax to park my vehicle on top of the nightly fee to stay. Each time we needed the car the valet had to run and bring it over and then take it back. Did I mention POOR way to park my car? So Parking is the weakest point of your hotel.

The location and the cleanness of the building was very great. Rooms were spacious showers were clean and the day staff was very helpful. Valet was also very friendly.

But overnight staff one female terrible customer service experience. after going outside to smoke a cigarette away from the building when I came back inside, she question me did I have a room I gave her my first and last name and threaten to call the police on me. I also gave references of the staff before her. Then had to go upstairs to get ID then when I came down she said never mind. At breakfast seen her again ask where is the breakfast bar all she did was pointed to the back really disgusting customer service. Besides that everything was beautiful.
