I was very happy with the room. I am very very very pleased that the lady at the front desk was able to move me to a room with two beds, instead of just the single. I had originally booked a single bed, but my Dad asked to come along to see the eclipse at the last minute. I assumed that it would be impossible to change anything with the way hotels were during the eclipse. I brought my own air mattress instead. The staff member asked if we wanted to switch to a room with two beds and was able to make it happen.

I just wish the roof top had been open on Sunday. Dad and I enjoyed the view on Saturday and though to watch the sunset on Sunday. We were disappointed to find out it was not open on Sunday. I did enjoy the eclipse party on Monday though.

We stayed here on NYE after the Bills game and it was great. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. The shower was AMAZING. We even got in to the NYE rooftop party for free with our stay.

The stay was great but the rooftop bar was way too small for NYE and no dance floor. If it was any other night, I'm sure it would have been a fantastic bar though! Views, outdoor heaters, and lounge space.

Matthew and Joymaka at the front desk were so incredibly kind and helpful. We booked a king and needed a double and Matthew hooked us up with double beds and a balcony! Joymaka was so friendly and helpful. Two wonderful employees!

Great establishment that is pet friendly. I loved that it was well kept, clean, and that the customer service was great. Places I've been too that are pet friendly are dirty or not well taken care of. The pool was nice and we also enjoyed the steam room.

I got the breakfast included option and it was weird how they tell you not to get more than 10 dollars of food per person. Which was strange and unclear in the booking.

The room was nice and clean with modern style. Fun place for single/couple stay but for a family stay I'd look elsewhere.

There were few parties in a building and in neighboring building as well so it was a bit noisy. I assume that does not happen everyday. No breakfast because of some issues in kitchen but they still charged for the snacks from bar

Amenities availabile were amazing as well as the cleanliness of the room.

Parking Payment being an extra cost added to bill.

Air conditioning. So cold when running, but as soon as it turned off it was a hot box!

We didn't eat the breakfast....We liked that it was self contained with quite a bit to do just in the complex itself.

We stayed on the 12th floor. There is a nightclub on the 13th floor. The music was blaring until 2:00AM. Not just kind of loud...really loud. I like that there was nightlife in the building but more soundproofing would have made more sense.

Everything the cleanness the employees were really nice there’s much to do
