The property was in a very convenient location, perfect downtown location for walking around, seeing the city and having lots of great bars, restaurants, and cafes around. The facilities were clean and there were lots of amenities. Breakfast was good too - they changed it each day and the muffins were particularly great!

They might have had other pillows available at the front desk ( I didn't ask) but the pillows were all WAY too soft and mushy. They basically melted into the bed when you put your head down - even 2 stacked up provide no support for your head at all

The staff we interacted with were very kind, breakfast was good and the cleaning staff was wonderful. There was a missed used coffee pod in the room's coffee maker, but other than that it was pretty clean. There was only one option for coffee creamer but they had half and half and lots of different tea. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and my daughter couldn't get enough of the waffles! It was a wonderful stay in a great location and the security features throughout were a nice touch.

Excellent (!) staff—every single one of them, VERY nice room (602), perfect location, ample breakfast. They make a strong effort to ensure that guests respect the property and its rules.

They appear to be understaffed (never received housekeeping services, common areas like the pool sometimes in disarray). This is a somewhat minor point—it didn’t detract from our overall great stay.

Staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us during are stay.

One of the duvets had a stain which was a little concerning as all other aspects of the hotel were very clean and well presented. The breakfast hot section was limited to three items which was not to my liking unfortunately, however there was other items available.

The downtown location of this hotel, with free parking, was exactly what I needed. Easy access to restaurants and interesting local sights. My room was spotless and I had a great view of the setting sun over the Niagara River from my room. It was lovely. Breakfast was good too (and free).

It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room. That is always appreciated after a long drive. Considering I'm a Hilton Honors member, and there has been water in other Hampton Inn rooms where I have stayed, this would have been a nice courtesy here as well. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

staff - front desk and breakfast staff were excellent. housekeeping was also good although we did not have extended conversations with them.

Best thing about the free breakfast was the make them yourself waffles. Worst thing was that there was only one working waffle maker. The other one was offline. Since waffles were the most popular item there should have been 2 working waffle makers.

Modern, clean hotel with comfortable rooms and bedding. Front desk staff very helpful, professional and nice. Accommodated my request for an extra night with no issues. Good place to stay in downtown, excellent location.

Very clean and spacious room. Hot tub and pool were great.

They charge an extra $20 for parking a day which is nuts. That seems excessive when they have an actual parking lot for the hotel.

Hotel was great, clean, easily accessible. I would stay here again for sure.
