Location was perfect since going to the Key Bank Center for a concert. The room was clean and very roomy. It was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Price was a high for the area and but tends to be on par with other hotels in the area. I have noticed the increase in rates during times of concerts, games or other happenings. Parking info could be a little more explained on the website. When I searched for parking near the hotel, it did not even mention there was one right across the street. This was very convenient and the address to it would have been nice to have for my GPS. However, the lot is small and there is limited parking so maybe that is why they don't advertise it. Thanks.

We only stayed overnight as we were in Buffalo for a concert, but the hotel is very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff pleasant and helpful. Many good restaurants within walking distance, as well as theirs located on 2nd floor. Free Continental breakfast or you can order something else in the restaurant. Good coffee shop a block away to get cappuccino! Key Bank Center is a straight 20 minute walk. Would stay there again!

Rooms were really nice. The lady at the restaurant (Becky) was beyond phenomenal! She was so amazing with customer service. She was very accommodating to my friends and I despite the chef being busy with a murder mystery night. She honestly could not do enough to help. She deserves an employee of the month award.

I couldn't get the air conditioner cold enough during the night. I kept putting the temperature down but it was not registering it that cool. Pillows were a little uncomfortable for me personally, just being too soft.

Easy to access. Rooms were good size, clean and very comfortable. Nice pool area and laundry facilities. Easy to access public transport, especially to Niagara Falls which is why we chose to sty there.

No USB ports for charging. Lots of homeless surrounding property however they were harmless and this is no fault of the property, it is all over the city.

Location and proximity to where we wanted to go ( concert arena, dining) we were concerned there was no parking at hotel but pleasantly surprised by the number and low cost of public parking very close by. Room was lovely, comfortable and very clean

Information in room regarding the city rail stops and routes, times they ran, and nearby sites, restaurants. The front desk staff was helpful but a visual of this info and more detail in room would have been nice.

Great location short walk to the convention center, lots of restaurants within walking distance, great hot breakfast made fresh to order, super friendly and hospitable staff!

Old furniture and fixtures from the 1990s. Needs re ovation and upgrades ASAP ! Way too overpriced for these out of date amenities. The bathroom was a joke. The bedroom space was like staying at in grandmother's cramped spare room at Thanksgiving. Sure, Ill stay here for free but to pay for this. Not worth it!

Love the building and the view! Great location and free street parking on weekends. Staff was great and room was comfortable and spacious.

One criticism—the carpets in the rooms are old and really grimy. It was a bit gross walking around in bare feet. Otherwise the room was immaculate and I loved the feel of the historic building.

Spacious, clean room and large bathroom; fitness centre is well appointed and clean; Keurig coffee maker in room; nice city view of Lafayette Square; the restaurant is excellent! Food was amazing and the service is exemplary, such friendly and kind staff there!

The pool is very oddly shaped and it's not appealing to be in close quarters with other bathers; the room decor is a little "dated", the tv is on the older side

We asked for early check-in and they were able to accommodate, which we seriously appreciated as we had an event to get to. Staff was lovely and helpful. Room was clean.

Bed was SUPER squeaky, but room was nice enough! Wish there was onsite parking (not just a lot next door, which was super expensive). We parked at a parking garage a block and a half away and saved $10.
