I liked the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the room,the chair outside, the place to sit outside under a covered roof, the size of the room, the refrigerator and size of the refrigerator, and the coffee and tea available.

I would have liked a room on the ground level as it was difficult to bring my belongings up the stairs. I would have liked to see the wooden areas painted or stained . If the outside were upgraded it would look better. I also would have liked a hot breakfast and foods that were not in wrappings but if possible freshly prepared as it had been in the past when I visited the same Eco-Lodge location.

Very clean. Jody at check-in was super helpful. I appreciate the ability to plug in our EV charger to an outlet located on the adjoining 18-wheeler parking lot. The location is perfect for a stop over on our trips north to both the Finger Lakes and Ontario. Have stayed here before many times, and plan on doing so again.

The room was a bit loud this trip due to the guests in the room above. This time of year, AC is on vs heater. According to staff, it is one or the other. Our night was chilly. Could have used an extra blanket.

This is an old property so the rooms are quite small. But they did all they could, nice a/c, microwave, fridge, modern power/usb hookups. I like that a full bed not a queen so I had room to stretch. Floor was a nice clean laminate so no icky carpet. Everything was very clean.

Room and bathroom are quite small. The outside is a bit run down, and it can be difficult making s left to exit the property since there is no light.

The room and bathroom were both clean. My daughter and I felt comfortable with the stay. We were pleased to have a mini fridge and microwave. The room is large….if you have a family you’ll have plenty of room!

It was very noisy all night. You can hear the people in all the rooms behind, next to, and above you. We also did not realize this was by train tracks or how close to the highway it was. The office is in a building separate from the rooms so we didn’t even bother to check out breakfast. There is also a gas station that shares the driveway and the cars pulling in are not at all cautious of the motel traffic. Beds could be replaced but were not unbearable.

It was simple but nice and they have great coffee machine. It was basically muffins and cereal bars with fruit but nice.

The location. There's nothing around there and you have to uber for anything.

Room had good amenities, refrigerator, microwave, security box, two chairs (some motels have only one or none and make you sit on the bed), and plenty of space.

Advertised breakfast was skimpy. Only offered small muffins, apples and packaged granola bars. It was ok, but don't call it breakfast.

For the value it was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was easy right off the highway!

My only complaint would be the bathroom fan was really loud - but I’d still stay there again

With a car we could easily get downtown and to a lot of shopping nearby. Convenient and relaxing.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. It had everything we needed a good price.

WI-FI is very poor and not acceptable. Coffee machine was not cleaned properly. Some bad smell came when we opened the the door to enter the room.
