The entire staff was exceptional especially Ellen Carl - she was so wonderful and made us feel so at ease and well taken care of - we had 7 rooms booked and everyone was extremely happy with accommodations. The valet guys were also excellent - We had an amazing breakfast at Panorama on Seven and even though they were short staffed the service was top notch and the food was incredible (we too pictures lol) - the location is ideal and we will never stay anywhere else when in Buffalo- thank you for the wonderful experience! Ask Ellen if she misses us -

Only issue was the refrigerator in room was not very cold (room 809 i believe)

it was very clean and beautiful

could have more elevators and they moved slowly

Easy access to the Arena and gorgeous Naval Historical Park, excellent harbor views

Room could have been cleaner, there were some spots under furniture that normally wouldn’t be a problem but my child found old pretzels and tried to eat them

I liked how close it was the KeyBank Center

Restaurant is great and open for ate arrivals! Location is wonderful and we always request a water view which is beautiful. We LOVE this Hotel. A bit pricey but compared to other Hotels in Buffalo, this one is a no brainer!

Everything was great! The quality was exceptional but in terms of value for money, well I can no. One level lower quality hotels like Sheraton has same standards sometimes even higher, and with lower prices (half the price).

We paid almost $400 for a night but no parking included? No breakfast included?

Close to arena & had walk way directly to KeyBank Center. Took my teenage daughter so I loved this. Plus hotel room floors couldn't b accessed in elevator w/out ur room key. Extra layer of protection.

Shower was a disappointment & hair soap/conditioner smelled so bad. Thankful I took my own. Room took a very long time to cool down. Temps outside near 100°.No microwave a bit inconvenient & fridge didn't get cold enough 4 for & can't adjust temp urself.

Wonderful stay at Marriot LECOM Rooms were so nice, view is spectacular. Service is top notch. Brittany has received us with big smile and was very welcoming. It was a very quick check in, and helped me to be a Bonvoy member. I just mentioned that we are celebrating our anniversary. Brittany said, we will have something special for you. After I attended the concert in Key Centre, we returned to the room to be surprised with a very nice bottle of champagne and an excellent dessert. Thanks Brittany for that. The overall experience was excellent. Definitely a marked spot on my map.

No swimming pool

We stayed for a concert and it was extremely convenient.

The elevators were in high demand after the concert and the stairs were all locked leaving the elevators to be only way to get to the hotel. Having an attendant at the elevators to help with traffic would have been nice. My sister was with me and she is 5 months pregnant and too many people crammed in the elevator seemed like a risky hazzard that could have been avoided. Also the drunk individuals were playing with the automated handicapped doors.

Great service. Mr. Ajith in restaurant has given a special care to us. All staff are having professional attitude and their hospitality is in next level.
