Breakfast was great. Waffles were exceptional! Loved them! The woman working the breakfast was especially wonderful and asked about how my daughter did at her dance competition when she found out that’s where we were headed the morning before. The room was huge though, everything was very clean, quiet, and my kids loved the pool hot tub combo. Very nice stay, and Starbucks is right down the street. Beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that wasn’t great, the hard boiled egg seemed bad. It peeled great and looked fine, but when I took a bite, it tasted like a bad egg.

Breakfast was ok. Hot breakfast could be better quality.

The listing on third party booking agencies was very similar in location to another Hampton and I made a mistake and booked the Amherst location. This Hampton location I wanted is in the town of Amherst but also the village of Williamsville. Very confusing. I arrived at the location I thought I booked only to find out it was the wrong location and no reciprocity between hotels. I had to sit in the lobby and call Booking.com to cancel one reservation and make another at a much higher price. I was not well when I made the wrong reservation. Unfortunately, we were the losers for this location similarity. I am sure we are not the first ones to have this problem. Please advise.

We so enjoyed our stay for a quick stopover in Buffalo. The pool and hot tub were my main reason for looking into this hotel (they were worth it!) but the reviews both here & on Tripadvisor are why I went ahead and booked! It absolutely did not disappoint! Location is great with plenty of stores and restaurants all around. Everything in and around the hotel was very clean! Another gem? The staff were exceptional! From everyone we encountered at the front desk, the morning breakfast room (Judy and Sheri), even the housekeeping - everyone was always so friendly and ready to help with whatever was needed no matter the day or time. Should we ever be in the area again, we’ll definitely be staying here!

Breakfast was standard and while I did find things I could eat, if you have a limited diet then it could be a little difficult to enjoy. I would’ve loved to have some dairy free milk or gluten free options.

Very impressed-had never stayed here before. Room Was spotless-well appointed- workout room very clean- all equipment actually worked… with available cleaning supplies.. do you know what else really impressed me !? the stair wells were well lit and clean because I like to take stairs to get exercise and sometimes it’s not a great experience

Decent place to stay. Pool and hottub were nice, and it was pet freindly.

The lady at the front desk yelled at my kids at the top of her lungs for no reason. They were just standing by the door waiting for me. If not for her rude attitude, we would have had a 10/10 stay.

1) The thermostat said it was 66 in the room w/ the air conditioner on. There was no way it was 66 in that room. It still was very warm. But we didn't call & report it. So it might have been fixable. 2) The showerhead had weak pressure. But I can live with this if everything else is good

Great location -- within walking distance to restaurants and town shops but not noisy from traffic. Two young men at the front desk were friendly and shared helpful suggestions about local eateries and attractions. We were only about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls.

Nothing earth-shattering. We couldn't get a constant fan to run in our room as white noise and the night staff person was not familiar with the controls. We were also disappointed to discover that they only had light roast coffee.

What a beautiful facility. Our room, actually a suite complete with kitchen and fireplace (which we used non-stop in Feb Buffalo weather!), was appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast was everything and more that you could ask for....the coffee always hot and ready! All interactions with staff were pleasant and you always received a smile.

Seriously cannot think of anything that fell short of expectations.

The staff is without a doubt the best we have ever experienced. Would have liked a safe in the room but other than that the stay was perfect

Breakfast was very good, lots of options and always well stocked. The fitness room was modern and clean. Pool was a little cold but the hot tub helped. Overall a very clean and well maintained property. Staff were wonderful.
