I had made a reservation with Booking.com and even though (Upon looking at my computer) My code was D4U3H3 and I don't know why you didn't have it, even though I called the day before and was told everything was OK !!!!!! I am also contacting Booking.com, but from this end, something was wrong at your hotel. Another person, a man. had the same problem and it was cleared up after consulting with the 'manager' Something is wrong !!!! I sincerely hope it wasn't because I was a woman who was tired and in pain, though I was not disrespecting to the desk clerk. Karen

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free L2 EV charging available on-site. It was a shared 6.6kW, but there were multiple stations and it got me a full charge overnight at no cost (and no idle fees). Pool was nice.

Pull-out sofa bed was uncomfortable (large metal bar across the middle was very noticeable). Breakfast was good, but due to high volume they were out of a lot of things. Streaming on the TVs constantly lagged/froze and in-hotel WiFi was slow as well. Again, they were packed, so it might have been overloaded.

Very close to the airport. Property was clean and in good condition. The lobby smelled amazing. Rooms were nice with comfortable beds

We had a very early flight the next day and I asked the young man at the front desk if the shuttle would be available that early. He said he would put us on the list for the next morning at 4:45am (our flight was at 6:15). We got up and went to the lobby at 4:35 and when the shuttle didn’t show up by 4:55, I asked the gentleman at the desk and he said that there had been a mistake and that Jet Blue had rented the shuttle and it would not be available until 5:25am. I asked if he could call a cab since we couldn’t wait that long and he said no. We ended up spending $50 on an XL Uber since we had 5 people. The airport is literally across the street but not walkable if you have bags and it’s dark. Kind of ruined an otherwise good experience.

The room was very clean, Bed comfortable. Check in person was friendly. Hotel is close to the airport. There is a restaurant across the parking lot in a different hotel. A Starbucks and Pizza Hut across the lot in the other direction, Lots of choices for breakfast. Not sure what batter they used for the waffles but they were great!

Took two phone calls to get the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Nobody attending the front desk when we tried to check out. The breakfast area is cool. Need to wear something warm.

This hotel was a fine choice because of its proximity to the Buffalo Airport and its airport shuttle. We had a very early flight and we were much relieved to know that the Hotel's shuttle would be available at any hour. Much appreciated!

There was an array of food you can choose. I love the scrambled egg and the coffee. Nothing beats a good breakfast to start ur day. Thank you very much.

I was having a hard time finding information on how to reach the hotel from the airport especially when you are on a long journey . I tried to call but it was not working. I waited in the bus stop for a while and saw there is a shuttle for different hotel. I spotted the one which ply Fairfield so all was well in the end.

Breakfast variety was excellent. Gym had ample machines. Pickup from the airport was fast and convenient.

Check in took too long. Upon departure (different person), she said she would contact the shuttle driver. I waited 30 minutes before checking if she had called. She had not. Driver had been idle.

A leisurely swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub helped me sleep very soundly. Cosy bed with soft sheets. The shower stall in my bathroom was large enough to bathe a pony! (Not that I tested that theory. 😄) Located so close to the airport you could walk if you had to, but the free shuttle bus and its friendly drivers will take you there and back. Friendly, helpful staff all around.

Accommodated a few very specific requests. This made my visit significantly less stressful and convenient.

No real concerns. Airport pick up was a bit slow but driver was great when they did arrive Front desk describing the van would be helpful.

We've stayed here twice now just as a stopover on a longer road trip and were very pleased both times. Friendly staff, clean rooms, very nice pool. Very acceptable breakfast options. We'll stay here again.

Only complaint is that the mechanism that turns on the jets in the hot tub was not working when we were there, so no jets. Hopefully that will be fixed. But other than that, the pool is actually very nice.
