Strange, warm, cheap.

Can't get a invoice through booking.com nor the hotel either. Hotel said they would email an invoice for the one night I booked directly with them. It was incorrect & a good explanation wasn't given why I was given It incorrectly. Two staff members said that they would email me a corrected invoice & didn't. booking.com passes you around to the hotel & blames your bank & also gives an incorrect amount on invoice. Tje customer service is applauling. I choose another hotel tonight because of this. It is not good for business people who need accurate itemized billing for expenses.

I didn't like that Booking.com DID NOT PAY FOR THE ROOM WHEN I GOT THERE. They said that you did not pay them and I had to pay 192 us before they let us in the room. I went back to the office a couple of hours later and they said that you just paid Red Roof. I asked for them to credit my card for the payment and they aid they couldn't do it and I had to wait 4-5 days to get my money back. I hope that this credit will show up

The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure, plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy grab bar. There was a good amount of vanity space around the sink, parking was easy and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient.

No elevator, dirty stairwells, small room with very little space to set luggage, lots of traffic noise. Price was good compared with other area lodging but high for the quality of the hotel.

Great place for the price. I was a little concerned about noise since it is 60 yards from I-90 - my room was 2 doors from the lobby which is the closest part of the facilities to the interstate and I noticed NO road noise in my room; however, the air conditioner did run a majority of the time. I had no issues with any aspect of the room.

everything that was there was nice

Although there was a stovetop, there were NO dishes, silverware, or any utensils at all and no salt or pepper. A trip to Goodwill would provide those items at very low cost.

For being right by the highway, the room was remarkably quiet (except for the dog in the room next door).

The laminate flooring, the bed was comfy, nice room size for price. The staff were very friendly. It was very clean.

A little dark around the area not enough outside street lighting.

The room was clean. The facilities for my dog were nice. Food was close by. The tv worked great and the neighborhood was quiet. The front desk staff was kind and helpful.

The beds were just a little hard.

Location was good

Disappointed that the bathroom towels hanging on the back of the door were wet. Believe them to be from the previous visitors and forgotten. Otherwise, pleasant stay.

Location in Williamsville near my son, and the price considering it was an NFL football night in Buffalo.

Next to expressway I-90; lots of traffic noise all night long. I needed to wear foam ear plugs; they helped immensely to sleep.
