The breakfast staff particularly a lady who’s name I can’t recall was very kind and kept the food etc coming

No view from hotel window, I was told walkable, also elevator out of order and I was nursing an ankle strain was bringing breakfast to my room via stairs. I expected a hot tub room that was requested, was told was available and then not . I stated an extra day due to airport issue I was quoted 50.00 by one desk personnel and 80.00 by another and then 50.00 again by a third staffer . I stayed and paid 50.00 . The shuttle driver was very nice , the hotel had great amenities in the room coffee maker etc. the overall experience was generally good .close to airport a plus . I will return.

Friendly customer service and fast check-ins, The breakfast complimentary is wonderful.. the hotel is surrounded by shopping centers easy to get to and nice restaurants

The Spa room was out of order

In reality, the hotel, lodging, breakfast and everything else, was better than expected. I would use their facilities again. It was a great experience we had with our entire family.

I shouldn't say anything I wouldn't like. Select the hotel based on the reviews. If I had had a bad experience on the days we stayed, I would have notified the hotel staff.

Location very convenient to airport -- plane very late getting in, they still provided a shuttle which was very prompt. Room very quiet, especially considering proximity to airport. Breakfast very good. Blackout curtains very helpful. No wait for shuttle in the morning.

Odd shower design, no real barrier between shower area and bathroom floor, so floor wound up getting quite wet. Also, no place to set soap etc. in the shower stall. Spray attachment not working properly. Needs a re-do.

It was clean. Cookies available in lobby. Room was spacious.

Bathroom was really old and door handle was broken (pocket door with handle literally falling off). Shower very tiny. Bed was old school. I can’t remember the last time I encountered a bed that bounced on springs.

Breakfast was good and typical of hotel breakfast. Older hotel, needs some TLC. The room across had black mold on ceilings and walls. It was inhabitable. No extra towels were provided.

Cleaner carpets, the bed was soft and lumpy.

The staff was great, the room was spacious and the shower was amazing! The hotel was in a good location and at a great price.

The room could've used some updates. It wasn't in the best condition. There were stains on the bedding, curtains, furniture, etc. The beds were not the most comfortable and could also be updated. There were SO many lights, which was nice, but it was still dark in the room with all of them on.

my stay should be overnight only but because of the snow storm i was extened for 7 days more lol, i was very lucky because i was in this hotel when the storm hits the city, we were the only hotel that has electricity and heat!! the staff is very friendly and calm even though there’s a lot of guests thst are pissed because of the calamity going on, but i can see they’re holding there patience. we also have food in the hotel coffee etc. other hotels hasn’t anything. shout out to the beautiful front desk named daysa, very helpful and polite and to the shuttle driver who drop me at the airport. room was clean and my sleep through entire stay was great even i spend my Christmas alone in the room lol. definitely will be back when im in town.

the free bfast is keep repeating, but maybe because there’s no delivery because of the storm but im glad they still served food.

Great breakfast

I tried and tried to call you Sunday to report my problem. I booked my room by mistake for Sundaynight January 30 but was sold a night for the the 29th z thankfully. They cancelled it on their end and I tried to reach you by phone.It was automated and want a confirmation number which I gave and then they wanted a pin which was not on my email. I have been watching my bank statement and have not received a credit for the original night which was promised by that manager that I would get that refund. Hopefully to hear from you soon thank you

Great location right by the airport. The wingnutz restaurant just a short walk away. Able to use a complimentary shuttle bus to pick us up after returning the hire car, and then the next morning to take us to the airport for 4am.
