Honestly, this hotel was exactly like any other hotel I have stayed at. I felt that the price was a bit steep. The beds were VERY uncomfortable (Hard as a rock).

I did not like being told that after paying for a two night stay with a third party "Booking.com" that I did not have a room. I have never had this issue before. Finally I showed my email from booking and they found it that way. However, I was told that they have tons of issues through booking.com and that I may want to considering hotwire or expedia. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock.

It was a very pleasant stay for our family of 3. Complete value for the money paid. The staff were very courteous and we did not have any hassle during checkin or checkout. Room was clean and spacious. Was exactly as advertised on the site. Used the gym once. It was very clean and all equipments in perfect working condition. Clean napkins were provided on all treadmills. Did not use the pool but could see quite a few guests who did. The in house bistro was good.

The bistro had a limited menu but was decently priced. The Wait time was slightly on the higher side as I could see only one employee managing the orders as well as the preparation. It could be a timing issue for me though.

A good place to stay if you have an early flight the next day. This hotel offers an airport shuttle (you need to let the hotel staff know in advance to book a place on the shuttle though). There is a great diner nearby called Duff's with the best Buffalo's wings in America if not the world - highly recommended.

Our check-in hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, but our next encounters with other staffs later were somewhat less welcoming.

Convenient to airport and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice bathrooms. Lobby is inviting with bistro offering tasty options at reasonable prices.

There was an issue in the heating/cooling in the rooms. We were moved to a room with a balcony though so we could open the door for fresh air.

The location was great. The room was very nice and clean. The front desk staff were efficient. I liked the small snack area across from the front desk, and the pool was lovely.

Some of the staff at the breakfast bar were unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable.

Beautiful and EXTREMELY clean hotel!

I would ask for a room without an adjoining door next time. The neighbors laughing and chatting at midnight was extremely loud through the adjoining door.

Loved that the staff were super nice. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Rooms were very clean.

First it would have been nice for the breakfast to be included and second I ordered the oatmeal and it was so watery that I couldn’t eat it. Prices were a bit high as well.

Everything! Location, Customer Service, Cleanliness, I’ll be back next month! Hassle free, Front desk persons were great from check in to check out! Location was across from airport, overall a 10 plus!

Our flight was early, so we missed out on bfast. A suggestion would be to give early-departing guests a “to-go” b’fast in a paper bag……something like a croissant, a yogurt, an apple and fresh hot tea/coffee.

We did not get the wake-up call we asked for! Fortunately, my husband is used to waking up early, and his internal clock got him up, so we were on time for the shuttle!

The room was larger than expected, especially the reading chair. The desk was useful as I was working remotely during my stay. And it was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker. Everything was clean and the staff was helpful. I even got an early check in, which was clutch after a red eye from the west coast.
