This is the 2nd time we have stayed here in the past 5 years. We LOVE it here and plan to come back in 2026. It’s just super nice. It’s contemporary and the fun colors in the rooms make it nice. They allow dogs which is also so fun to bring our fur babies to a hotel. Nicely priced and CLEAN the which is what I value most in a hotel. The front desk ladies were sooooo kind to me. As stated before we will be back!!!

I paid for the loft king up and 2 queens down and thought we were getting it at the airport, I should be refunded some of my money since we didn’t get it. I tried to call but whoever I spoke with said that nothing could be done!! I think some thing should be. This is a nice place and I’ll be back to see my Grand children .

I truly appreciate the latecheck out accommodation. We were there for a funeral and was late returning due to the traffic at the cemetery. My granddaughter called to explain we wouldn't be back in time for the noon check .. The staff was extremely accommodating, kind and considerate. Thank you.

Your staff is great. Very accommodating, friendly, fun to talk to and professional. The location and shuttle to/from airport was always available and timely. Lounge area fun and full most evenings. Roo.s are comfortable, spacious and secure. Very happy with my stays there!

The only "ding" would be the shower pressure. The bathroom is lovely but water pressure was low. And that's not really the hotels fault. City of Cheektowaga water department issues. Lol

The staff made our experience a joy. My grandchildren came to visit and the staff supplied a grill so we can have a picnic on the patio.

House cleaning could do a better job and clean the room daily.

Very conveniently located in relation to the airport. Well equipped and good amenities within the hotel. Comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom and bedroom itself has pretty much anything one would require. Hotel offers free shuttle to the airport.

Far from the city centre and not easy to reach unless one has own means of transportation. Breakfast only starts at 7 which means anyone travelling at dawn does not get the breakfast included.

Convenient location 5 minutes away from the airport. Shuttle ride was included. Room had complimentary water, fridge etc and was very spacious with a bench to open 3 suitcases side by side.

Everything was great

The hotel was located very close to Buffalo Niagara, International Airport, and they provided luggage racks to transport luggage to our rooms. Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious with lots of shelving for luggage. we didn’t purchase breakfast, so cannot comment on this, but there seem to be many options available.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. We stayed only for 1 night before catching an early morning flight and the location was great. Across the street from the airport. We would stay here again if flying out of Buffalo.

More parking needed, restaurant onsite would have been helpful, small sofa in the rooms for more comfort, some rooms could have had kitchenette facilities
