Great location. Breakfast was good.

The $250 deposit. Was not stated on the booking so one will get surprised at check in. But will be refunded upon checkout. Would have been great to know this before hand.

Appreciate breakfast but watching many people taking enough food for 3 and leaving with their arms full was not good. Lukewarm and not great.

First night I ate at the hotel bar/ restaurant. Walked in sat at the bar and did not see an employee(bartender) for 15 minutes. Finally steps out from the back and acts like I just arrived, ordered a beer, asked for a menu and didn't see him for another 10 minutes, while 2 parties walked in and when Noone was there left. Sandwich and fries were good, (no utensils, napkins, or condiments offered, had to go to end of bar to retrieve them myself.wanted to order second beer when food arrived but the disappearing act happened again and could not order til food almost gone! Needless to say did not try it the rest of my stay.

I like that they are conveniently close to stores for shopping. I like the amenities that are included. Very clean and comfortable. I stayed here before so I was comfortable and excited about staying again.

My key card stopped working on the 1st night. The hallway phone did not work so I had to go to the front desk twice. My rim phone did not work either. Also, I saw pending charges showing up on my card that I did not charge. They did fall off after checkout but it was weird because they claimed they didn’t see anything in their system that showed extra charges.

The indoor pool area was gorgeous, the front staff (Logan I believe) was amazing at handling all that he could. Location is close to a lot.

Restaurant and bar couldn’t provide food or good service, which was disappointing. ‘Arcade or Game area’ was pitiful and about 4 machines in a random room and some didn’t even have the prizes in it. We watched a gentleman test the pool water (which was noticeably over chlorinated when my daughter went swimming), and he was testing it by sunlight to lighten the color.. the color matched that there was too much chlorine (red).

The staff at the reception was super busy but still friendly and showed his kindness to everybody. The location was good. It was close to the airport, shopping mall and restaurents. The airport shuttle was an unexpected bonus. Impressed. It was over all beyond my expectations.

Hair dryer was not working and did not have extra one to be replaced. But it did not bother to feel d8sappointed. One suggestion is that you may need a machine to change billa for laundry. The washing machines and dryers were good, but had difficulty to have quarters.

Front desk staff & Sabrina accomadated my special room location request due to my medical issues. Front desk staff very courteous. Breakfast was fine. It would be a good idea if they provided pancakes or waffles. The children tend to like those breakfast items a bit more. Pool and facilities were clean.

The cleaning staff came in once made one of the beds. The bathroom or rest of the room wasn’t cleaned. I never complained as we returned later and the room wasn’t very messy. It would’ve been helpful to refurbish supplies.

Beside Walden Galleria Mall, lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to I-90, airport isn't far. Be worth checking if have a Park n Fly options if you plan on travel. My stay included a breakfast which was a buffet style with decent options. Staff at check in were very helpful. Very nice indoor pool area with a Courtyard, believe 2 levels of rooms facing the Courtyard. On stay I noticed bar and food service in Courtyard with big screen to watch football as it was on a Sunday.

The Hotel could use some updates, ex. USB outlets in room for charging devices (there is a charging station in lobby) maintenance on taps in tub / shower.

The staff went out of the way to make our stay. We were traveling with our granddaughter and she has tourette's and has verbal ticks never did anyone say anything about them. After we checked out she forgot her favorite pillow and blanket which are her security the hotel staff looked all over until they found them for her luckily we had not gone home and were able to go back to the hotel and pick them up they were great wouldn't recommend to anyone that was looking into staying there.

1. Location was excellent and the hotel was grand and beautiful, being well maintained and clean 2. Complimentary tea, water and coffee in the lobby all day 3. Ample carts available to move suitcases and the variety of style and sizes

1. The breakfast was lack Lustre. Decent variety, but not necessarily tasty 2. The night staff on desk wasn't very hospitable or helpful. It was almost like we were a bother. Nit everything was explained and when questions were asked clear descriptive answers were not provided. 3. The room was nice a little dated but my true concern was the bathrub/ bathroom. These need to renovated to include comfort height toilets for seniors and a clean tub that doesn't look and feel like it is started to fall apart.

During the day, the courtyard used by the hockey team, U12, was amazing as a gathering place for them to socialize, play, eat food they brought in. The courtyard is a great resource for groups coming to the Buffalo area. The breakfast was good and breakfast room spacious.

The security guard could have shut down the partiers and drinkers in the courtyard by 12:30 am. Having it going til the guests are tired of being there, 4 am, is not enjoyable for anyone needing to sleep and get up early. People drinking alcohol only get louder the longer they drink and socialize and we were unprepared for this in our courtyard facing room.
