It is very clean, and some of the rooms are updated which this time we were fortunate to have. The attached 365 restaurant is an added bonus and the location is central to getting to most areas of Buffalo. 

The price this weekend was high compared to my previous day. On checkout day I was able to peek into a couple of the other rooms nearby and did notice that they were furnished differently. We did have a pull out sofa, which we did not have last stay, but I did notice that other rooms did have a coffee table which we were lacking.

Room was clean, quiet with nice view of courtyard. Staff was courteous and accessible.

Need to add sheer curtains. I was unable to enjoy the natural daylight while getting dressed. There is absolutely zero privacy with the black out shade open. Had to keep the shade closed and lights on until completely dressed. Sheer curtains allow for privacy while letting natural light in. Because of this the hotel may not be my first choice during my next visit.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Staff was wonderful! I had to move to a different room when I was there, and they made my move incredibly seamless. It's not a fancy hotel, but it's affordable and I would go there just for the pleasant staff. They were in my room in minutes two different times when I needed them. Left my car with a kayak for 3 days, no issues. Ate in the Sports Bar. Good prices and decent food.

It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I didn't like was we didn't get to stay long enough. We flew in late and went straight to sleep. The beds where very comfortable and very clean. The heater in the room was phenomenal. The shower was very nice also. Great water pressure and plenty of room to shower. It was great

My plane was canceled due to a snowstorm (while we were on the tarmac, no less), and I had to make a reservation quickly. This hotel has undergone a complete transformation under new management since I last stayed here. There's a connecting restaurant that was very comfortable and had good food. The room was great and clean, and I slept well. The shower was good and I was more than ready to catch my 5 am flight.

If I were staying long-term in Buffalo, I would seek out a hotel away from the airport where more things are available, as well as access to public transportation. Other than that, I don't have any complaints or concerns.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower. The 24 hour shuttle to the airport was the main factor in choosing this hotel and it got me there in good time.

The Denney's next door was convenient, but had horribly slow service. Not the hotel's fault, but something guests might want to take into consideration. It took nearly an hour to get our food, yet there were only six people in the dining room.

Amazing communication before arrival. Promptly answered questions I asked before visit. Rooms were a good size and very clean and comfortable. All staff we met were extremely helpful. Supper at the attached restaurant was also very good!

Everything was just the way we wanted it!

Close to the airport. Shuttle to/from the airport. Nice decor…GO BILLS!! Lovely courtyard.

To get to/from my room, I had to walk across the courtyard to another building. There is nothing to protect you from inclement weather, especially rain, snow. Since my stay was during a cold rainy weekend, I hated this.

Location and bar/restaurant on premises. Quiet mostly. Price is fair for accommodation.

I asked for a quiet room in a virtually empty hotel. I was placed in an outside room right next to the entrance/exit as well as the vending machines. It was basically an empty hotel. I could have been anywhere.

I liked the look, it was close to restaurants and stores and the suites were awesome!

They need to add more lights in the kitchen area and an additional garage can in the bathroom. They also need to take away the advertisement of the restaurant providing a breakfast buffet.
