The staff is incredible - very friendly without being intrusive, genuine and accommodating/helpful. For a budget hotel, it is very comfortable, I think it's more comfortable than pricier options: there's access to a microwave on the 1st floor, a fridge in the room (alot of hotels no longer have that), my room was quite roomy, had 2 double (or queen, not sure which) sized beds, and a nice sized bathroom. It is very clean, even though they only come every other day for bed changes (I stayed 2 weeks) it was still very clean. The facility is a little dated, but for the value, the cleanliness and the super-friendly staff it is more than worth it - I'd rather have a great experience than shiny baubles any day.

While they had a complimentary breakfast, I wish they offered eggs and oatmeal. The breakfast options consisted of yogurt, breakfast sausage sandwiches you can heat up, cereal, bagels/muffins/bread for toast & waffle mix with an iron for make them yourself waffles. It's a nice breakfast, but I would appreciate some protein and or some fiber. Still, not bad and comparable to pricier hotels.

I was here because my mother was on co.fort care in Rosweel. It was a direct 10-minute drive. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was always ready on time and well stocked. I would recommend them.

One staff member would bring her son to work, and he would sleep on the couch in the lounge all day. There is not a fax in the "office," which is actually in the lounge

Comfy beds, spacious room, fridge in the room, cold drinking water available downstairs 24/7, WiFi worked well, hot shower, plenty of towels in the bathroom, friendly staff who printed a map out for us.

A few hairs left on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Other than that there were no problems.

Breakfast was very simple but adequate, hotel staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, but the rooms are in need up updates (chipped furniture, stained carpets). The staff explained the hotel hasn't recovered from the Covid shutdown - I hope they do; they deserve to.

It was a bit beat up and the carpet was stained. Otherwise, nothing really bad about it. I cannot say enough about how good the staff was.

The small 8x8 pillows on the bed were a bit disappointing, especially for king size bed. If you're only going to give small pillows, you should definitely give more than four . The breakfast was a little disappointing not giving good food options

It was a comfortable room, Had a fridge, no microwave. The stuffed chair had stains on the arm. Plenty of light fixtures but no LED lighting. The price was high for a Monday night. Breakfast was included.

Would have liked a microwave in room; TV kind of small; OJ was empty in breakfast area.

Convenient for family meet up when I flew into Buffalo Airport and as base for us to visit Niagara Falls State Park together. Clean, convenient and spacious rooms. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Nice small swimming pool. Great muffins and waffles in the included breakfast.

The staff that we encountered were great. The room and common areas were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location was perfect for what we needed.

The pillows were hard 🤷🏼‍♀️ Our AC unit only blew warm air, that could be because I wasn't pushing the right buttons.

Loved the pool and the included breakfast. The staff were super friendly and it just felt comfortable to be there.

Felt a bit uncomfortable with the stained carpet and chair in our room. A little patch work and attention to detail would help greatly with the overall appeal of the room. We most definitely still had an amazing stay and would return and recommend to others
