Jackie at the front desk was awesome, she gave us a great room and explained everything. Our check-in process was quick and efficient and she gave accurate directions on where to go. She also provided us with utensils to eat our chow mein and wished us a Happy New Year. The cleaning crew was also great, they were polite and they didn't rush us out even though we overstayed our visit by a couple minutes.

Honestly, we liked everything. It was a very great experience, comfortable bed and the TV was working. Maybe the only minus was that we didn't have a microwave in our room but had to go downstairs to use the one down there. And even then I guess you can't even count that as a minus.

The breakfast was wonderful and staff was great on keeping things full! Our room was kinda small and was no microwave but there was a big mini fridge and freezer and a nice bucket for ice! The bathroom was nice and big good walk in shower! Housekeeping was great came and cleaned up while we stayed and was very mindful with our belonging making sure not to move anything or touch our stuff without permission!

The room was very outdated small pillows and tv was older not able to watch streaming like Netflix I called for more pillows and was told I would get a call back they never called back.

Very clean and neat. Happy with amenties. Fridge and microwave. Hotel its self was great.

I called a week in advance for early check in. Jackie made a note in my booking and said "it won't be a problem." We showed up with no rooms available. She talked about herself in 3rd person and was saying how Jackie promised everyone the world. Well it was odd and unprofessional and very inconvenient. The say was good. It could have been great. Jackie needs to get her shit together. Would appreciate complementary water

The shower pressure was amazing. Shampoo and conditioner smelled beautiful! Breakfast was yummy! Staff was polite and helpful, very friendly. Pool was clean and relaxing. Room was clean and a/c was stellar. Location was awesome, nearby everything! The price was very affordable and a great deal. Coffee and tea were hot and tasty, available 24/7 which we appreciated.

Beds were not super comfortable but again, everything was very clean. Maybe having bottled water available upon request, I'm not a tap water person. Tv channels were ok. Got lost seeking lobby, pool and vending machine a couple of times.

Free breakfast with stay, it was a really good selection!! The room was a decent size and very comfortable. Was close to everything we needed, so it was a great location for us.

I wish the rooms didn't have the large window looking in to the hall (around 6 feet by 6 feet). The curtain doesn't completely cover it if someone is looking in the side, and it makes the place feel more like a motel. If they don't remove them and add drywall, even if they cover them in opaque or heavily forsted contact paper I would personally have felt better about it.

Room was clean nice and cool when we arrived. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Not noisy throughout the night. I was extremely hesitant having kids with reviews that I had read. But I found none of it to be true.

Breakfast area was very busy not much space people bumping into each other. If it was spread out a little more it would've been more manageable. I didn't care for the windows in the rooms. The curtains allow light in and I could see people's shadows walking by.

Love that has a pool. I also love the gym. I have no complaints about the breakfast. They do. Serve hot breakfast with plenty cold and quick options available!!

No microwaves in the queen size bed rooms The only other option is the one microwave all the way in the lobby.

There was what looked like blood on the underside of the comforter on the bed. The staff were apologetic and gave us a replacement.

Our bathroom door was broken, it wouldn’t close all the way. We managed and made it work for the stay. The beds are not super comfortable.

Location was good. Close to I-90. Bed/room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy. Large outdoor pool, which my grandchild enjoyed very much. We did not have the continental breakfast offered since we slept In. Will stay here again.
