We had a fantastic experience and were impressed by the hotel. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had that is included in the price. It’s great that Home2 and Tru are attached. Next time we’ll likely book with Home2 to have a little more room but for someone who has a short trip and not much luggage the Tru rooms are perfect. We also loved the decor and the various seating options. We were in town for a wedding. The seating areas gave our extended family the opportunity to hangout together.

We really loved everything about our stay.

Very busy location, but all the employees were wonderfully nice. Seriously, they were the best. It was quite crowded. I believe this is a convention/expo/athletic meet hotel so take that into consideration. This is neither good nor bad, just an observation. Lots of teenagers means we didn't get to check out the intriguing game area of the lobby.

I didn't really like the bed. It was too firm by far, and my husband agrees. Kind of dirty along the headboard, and very easy to hit legs on the edge of box bed. No coffee maker in the room. 😴

The breakfast was really great at the hotel and there was lots to choose from! There is also a ton of grassy areas for the dogs to run around in and smell, my dogs loved this and it was easier to get them to go potty since it wasn't a small space that everyone had peed in.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was very nice. The only things I’d say need a little improvement would be the pool walls need cleaned better, and breakfast was good (pancakes, eggs, etc), but it would be even better if bacon was added. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The pool is a good size, but pool walls looked a little dingy.

The community space and lobby were excellent! I was really impressed by the addition community space and a large fitness center. The staff and environment were very welcoming and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room but there was one accessible in the lobby.

Comfortable mattresses and pillows, wide beds, sufficient quantities of high-quality shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. The hotel lobby has very good free coffee and a large selection of drinks to prepare. Excellent breakfasts. The hotel staff Aaron and his daughter prepared and served breakfast for the entire hotel and were very prompt and attentive. Aaron carefully ensured that all food was in sufficient quantity and answered any questions from visitors. He and his daughter are great and very competent in their work! Our family was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, thank you!

It was impossible to get into the swim pool because... there were always children there who made a lot of noise and jumped into the water.

Great hotel right off highway, not too much airport sound. Provided great local recommendations for food, shopping, and drinks! Breakfast was good, however, not too much seating space in lobby. Rooms were clean and spacious!

Only thing I would recommend is more seating for guests enjoying free breakfast in the lobby. There wasn't too much room so I had to bring breakfast up to my room.

The pool is incredible. The lobby has a good selection of sundries. The entire facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The outside patio had a grill and multiple tables to sit and watch the kids in the pool, through the glass enclosure. They allow dogs. The fitness room looked very clean and had all the staple equipment to get in a workout.

Very small space for clothing to be hung, no dressers. The set up is definitely geared for an quick overnight stay. Concrete floors, lack of storage. Coffee carafe was not fresh- the coffee was cold and old. The exterior area was not the best accommodations for pups.

We thought the breakfast was very good. The location was good too. I liked how different types of tables were spread around a large area. Made it feel more like a home than a cafeteria

We understand hotels asking to conserve towels, we agree with that, but would have liked to have daily housekeeping. At the very least to replenish toilet paper/kleenex. Ours was low upon checking in so it was gone by the time we checked out

All the staff were great! They knew it was our 53rd wedding anniversary so they left us a nice card & a bag of goodies to celebrate. We also had to leave for the airport by 5 am (long before their breakfast was scheduled to be served) but they made sure we had coffee and a few breakfast items for us to enjoy before we left.
