Located on a nice street with shops, restaurants and cafés. The room was spacious and clean, with modern installations. The beds were comfortable. Convenient free parking. The staff was nice to us and the hotel provided a crib for our baby.

Hotels in the US are expensive, so I wish the rate was a bit cheaper. But when compared to other hotels in Buffalo, the price was fair.

Access to workout room and bar downstairs. Free parking. Staff all very friendly. Early check-in. Close to several restaurant choices down the street.

Would be nice if you left a couple bottles of water in the room. Breakfast buffet we paid for was nothing special.

Entrance and parking off the main road- makes it easy to unload vehicles. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. Main lobby is well designed. Nice room - coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Desk for working. Digital check in is great, too! Walking distance to Starbucks and DiCamillo’s.

Restaurant seemed short staffed, though that wasn’t their fault. There weren’t really too many guests.

A little off the beaten path, quiet enough. Loved the covered parking, spots were spacious. Easy check in and check out. Beds were very comfortable.

Heard a few planes overhead, but not bothersome. Carpet in halls great to dampen sound, but made rolling suitcases a lot harder than it needed to be.

Location was very good. Lots of shops along main street. Room was large, with ample storage areas. Fast elevators. Onsite restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Nice town, loved Sweet Jenny's

Busy road out front, but there were traffic lights at the corner.

Easily accessible to Main St in Williamsville - great restaurants and little shops. Plenty to do! And close to the airport.

Did not love their breakfast at Steelbound restaurant

Overall just love this hotel. Location amenities. We have stayed twice. Got couples massages downstairs at the spa both times and it's always amazing.

First time everything was exceptional. This time bed was a bit uncomfortable other than that nothing.

Love this hotel. Second time here and made sure we had to come back for the comfiest beds, nicest bathroom layout and convenience of the Hooked bar and restaurant.

Price was a bit high but you're getting a lot

Comfortable, updated facilities, pool, covered parking, friendly staff, pretty good sound proof

It would be nice if free coffee/tea at reception
